« We had a great experience staying in the crab house. The cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely care. Ken was fantastic, you can really tell he cares about ensuring guests have a great experience. 10/10 experience, would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay on the cape. »

« Personnel courtois. Chambre propre et assez grande pour 6 personnes. Merci »

Cons: Guest above me were very heavey footed walking back and fourth all night, then snored so loud it shock my bed. The outside patio light stays on all night and kept the room so bright all night, even through the wooden blinds because everything is all white. In the morning a woman just opened the door, no knocking. Just walked in at 8...

« Perfect! »

« Had an event to get to for the day. Tried to check in one hour early to a 90% empty hotel (1:15 as opposed to 2:30) by doing paperwork but no access to room and they wanted me to pay extra $50. I declined, left event at 9p to check in then went back to event. Zero customer service. Poor business plan »
