I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. « The room (mostly the bathroom) was not very clean. There was hair on the floor and in the shower upon our arrival. The rest of the room seemed ok except for the spider webs in the corners of the windows. The front desk, cleaning and maintenance staff were great. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast spread was pretty good and they constantly had water available in the lobby. The property was well maintained and the pool chairs and area were kept in great shape. »

« This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Do not waste your money here.
First, the shower was very dirty. It had black mold on it, and I had to clean it myself before I could use it.
Second, housekeeping did not clean our room unless we called and asked them to.
Third, the fruit basket was never replaced. The apples stayed there from the first day until the day we checked out, and they turned black. No one ever changed them.
There were also a lot of bugs in the room. I took pictures of...

« While it provided a decent enough shelter for an overnight stay, it is not recommended if you can help it. The condition of this place is deporable. The actual building is in need of repair. Missing ceiling tiles, exposed ventilation, musty room smells. Though we were able to change rooms at request, there was still stained furniture and long hairs in the shower of the new room.
It is conveniently located if you are there for LU ceremonies, but the hwy noise pollution is a bit much overnight....
