  • Vous ne trouverez pas une propriété comme celle-ci dans Sandusky ou dans les environs! Ce bâtiment récemment rénové de 9 000 pieds carrés a été transformé en une maison unifamiliale avec 14 chambres, 5 salles de bain, une salle de théâtre avec 16 fauteuils de théâtre en cuir, une salle de jeux (table de billard, tables de flipper et de ping-pong et meuble de jeux). La table de salle à manger est digne d'un roi avec des sièges pour 30 personnes! Tout le monde peut s'asseoir à la même table pour profiter de vos réunions, mariages, enterrements de vie de jeune garçon / fille, événements d'équipe ou tout simplement en famille. Tout cela vous attend au cœur du centre-ville, avec des restaurants et des bars accessibles à pied, à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de l'eau, où vous pourrez regarder le coucher de soleil ou admirer les toits de Cedar Point.

    Étage principal: Cinq chambres à l'étage principal (3 Kings, 2 Queens) pour ceux qui ne veulent pas s'embêter avec beaucoup d'escaliers. 2 salles de bain complètes et 1 demi-bain.

    (Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur).

    Deuxième étage: 9 chambres (4 rois, 3 reines et 2 chambres avec lits superposés).
    3 salles de bain complètes.

    La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et un poêle commercial avec 6 brûleurs et une plaque chauffante. Il y a aussi un double four commercial pour tous les besoins de cuisson et un très grand réfrigérateur / congélateur. Savourez votre cuisine pendant que votre famille et vos amis profitent des sièges sur l’île très longue. La cerise sur le gâteau est qu'il n'y a pas un, mais deux lave-vaisselle pour vous aider à nettoyer et vous permettre de vous détendre et de vous amuser.

We had a family reunion here and loved it. The large dinning area was perfect for our extended family meals and hanging out together. The entire home was very clean, the kitchen and pantry had everything we needed and more. All of the beds were comfy. Plus there are plenty of things to do within walking distance. We highly recommend it!

The rooms were amazing. The theater was wonderful. The host responded quickly to any questions. The kitchen & bar exceeded any expectations. So many extra conveniences were included in our stay.

House was phenomenal. Perfect space for our 27 family members. Loved the number of bedrooms. We appreciated the huge kitchen, living room and dining areas. Kitchen had about everything we needed. Game room and theater room kept everyone busy while at the house. It was nice to be within walking distance of downtown Sandusky and Lake Erie. Proximity to Cedar Point amusement park and beach was also a plus. All of our family members were pleasantly surprised by the house and all of the activities available in the area.

This house was absolutely amazing! This is our 12th family trip and this house is definitely one of our favorites of all time. We had so much fun in Sandusky! The location of the house is absolutely perfect —so walkable to lots of activities. There are lots of drivable options too just a short distance away. Our family of 28 all had their own bedrooms and felt like there was a lot of space to move. We have never had a home so beautifully decorated or a kitchen so well equipped and organized Mary, our host answered all of our questions quickly and was so gracious and kind. We are already talking about how our next VRBO home will not even be able to compete with the home or week of fun we had in Sandusky.

Such an incredible experience at this beautiful home! I’ve stayed in 50 vacation properties and this was at the top! Very unique property with so many thoughtful details and such a beautiful home! Visited with my family - 9 adults and 8 kids and had plenty of space. The home is HUGE! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the movie room/theatre and well stocked game closet. The adults were amazed by the kitchen - extremely well stocked and beautiful range/ovens/fridge space. The property was extremely clean and well cared for. Communication was great throughout the stay. Quick walk into town for restaurants and 10 mins from cedar point. Very convenient. Cannot recommend this place enough and would love to come back again!

The layout of this mansion was what made it successful. The main living area is roomy with lots of areas for various family members to gather according to their separate interests. Having ample room for the children to play upstairs in the game room theater and two lounges left plenty of room for the adults to gather for more quiet time downstairs. Walking distance to the jet Express ferry, downtown Sandusky and various museums and parks made it a great location. 10 minutes to Cedar Point, 20 minutes to Marblehead and 20 minutes to the African Safari, made the location the ideal place for people to spread out according to their interests during the day. The kitchen with all the amenities made mealtime gathering a delight. An unexpected surprise was the formal serving dishes which we used during meal time making meal gathering time a time to feel spoild and loved.

We could not have asked for a more amazing place to stay for my cousin’s 60th birthday! Our family enjoyed every second in this spacious location… that had ALL the amenities and so many fun and interesting “finds” throughout the home. The history of the area and location were especially charming. This was a 10 out of 10 stay! PS… the kitchen was so big we were able to have a “cook-off”… :)

This property was amazing!!! The amenities were fantastic - truly anything you can imagine needing was provided. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for my group. The kitchen was gorgeous and the living room was a great hangout space. The movie room was also amazing and the candy bar and popcorn machine were a great touch!! We loved our weekend stay!

Words will never be able to convey how absolutely gorgeous this place is! We walked in and our jaws dropped! Not only was it absolutely stunning, but it was pristine and clean. This place well surpassed our expectations. It was fully stocked and comfortably accommodated our group of 26 ladies. The owner is absolutely precious and she made herself well available for any of our needs.

Amazing property

This house was such a great spot for our family reunion! 26 of us under one roof. Great location, plenty to eat, drink and do within walking distance. Kids absolutely loved the theater room. Also great to be able to have meals all together.
