Make your home on Schweitzer Mountain at this delightful ski condo! Located just minutes from Schweitzer Village and the ski lifts, this condo offers an ideal basecamp for a winter holiday. You'll also find it a perfect perch for any season, with easy access to hiking trails and mountain biking. Downtown Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille are only 12 miles away. The condo has a bubbling private hot tub to help you rest and recharge between outings. Various wintertime items and gear are provided, including snowshoes, sleds, ski/snowboard racks, and an electric boot warmer.

The condo comes well-appointed with all the contemporary comforts of home, including a full kitchen, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. A central gas fireplace in the living room provides an added touch of warmth and ambience.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
