Rest and relax in our peaceful space whether its for a retreat to the water, or an adventure to Schweitzer to ski or bike (25mins by car) Any time of year, you are in the sweet spot!



We are a 5 minute walk or bike ride to most of Sandpoint’s best places to dine!

This well appointed one bedroom condo offers simple yet comfortable furniture, a fully stocked and complete kitchen, and a lovely patio to enjoy the incredible summer evenings. The luxury King bed and sleeper sofa is sure to be a welcome retreat from the days playing in the lake, or shredding the terrain on Schweitzer.



In the community there are 2 pools, onsite bbq areas, tennis courts, a volleyball court, a half basketball court, and grass everywhere to lay in the sun. Spend the days playing tennis, volleyball, or challenge the neighbors to a game of Bocce ball.



In the winter months you will see downtown Sandpoint evolve into a skier’s Mecca with Schweitzer mountain resort a short 25 minute drive away, and wonderful bars and cafe’s full of skiers sharing stories and beers, sharing that ski “stoke” from the days activities. Enjoy a walk along the beautiful shores of Lake Pend Orielle to enjoy the Winter Wonderland.



Our private residence has a safe and secure keypad entry. This information will be sent to you through AirBNB within 24hours of your scheduled check in.



Our guests also have full access to all the amenities on site that are a part of the Condo del Sol community, including: two pools (open Memorial Day - Labor Day), the tennis courts, a volleyball court, and expansive lawns for your outdoor games. The pools are locked for security and the safety of the community but keys are provided to guests.

We live in Spokane and as much as we would like to greet each of you in for every check in, we just can`t always make the trip. We are however available to contact at any time. In much desired South Sandpoint. Leave your car at the condo! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and downtown while still being a few steps from the water. Lovely landscaping and green lawns to relax on



Walking distance to beautiful downtown Sandpoint (less than .5 mile from the condo) Boat slip is available too.. contact us for rental pricing and details please. NEW!! We purchased two new cruisers for our guests. They will be located in the bike rack nearest the condo. Please contact us for the lock code and please lock them wherever you go in town. Downtown is very close and the bikes are the way to go. Be safe and please bring a helmet if you ride them.



We are lucky to be one of the handful of properties near downtown to have a boat slip available as well for $100/day or $250/weekend. Please express your interest in your reservation so that we can verify its availability, and walk you through the details, as well as collecting the additional payment for its reservation. Proof of insurance will also need to be provided.
