« I booked this hotel expecting a similar experience to the same brand in Smoky Mountain, but it was very disappointing. While the room was fine, everything else fell short. Housekeeping was inconsistent and required repeated requests, food service was poorly managed and often not ready on time, and overall service was average. For a similar price, this did not meet expectations. »

« Staffs are friendly and nice. Lobby and room is clean and in great condition. The only thing is the tv in my bedroom is not working, so I used the one in the livingroom. I don't want to give 4 stars because of that, bec everything else is great. Location is great. Walkable to publix and many other shopping places and restaurants. I would stay here again. »

« Exceptional hotel ever »

« The luggage cart had all pet hair on it. The room had a bad odor like cat pee. We called FD she said she can't change a room or refund and there is no maintenance either so she came herself and gave us air freshener . Our bedside lights weren't working either, we called to fix it and remind them again next day than only they fixed it in the late afternoon on next day. Try to brush our teeth , the sink was not draining fast enough. Called FD there was no maintenance, we asked if they can fix it...

« The property was very outdated and not as clean as it could be. Carpet in the hallway areas was torn and bubbled up in areas. Base boards were pretty dirty and noticed areas on floor next to bed appeared dirty, & though the sheets appeared clean I could feel sand in them even when we had not been down to the beach. Staff was not welcoming, breakfast buffet was subpar (not something I was used to with Embassy- their breakfast at other hotels has always been great), & ice machine was out of order,...

« Chambre « Big Easy » type cottage en bois très bien agencée : grande salle d’eau, bonne literie, Wifi efficace, parking devant la chambre, très tranquille. Établissement dans les pins, toutes les chambres sont accessibles aux handicapés (rampes d’accès, douche). Petits déjeuners copieux avec des produits frais préparés sur le moment par la propriétaire. Un bed & breakfast typique style Floride des années 60-70. Emplacement idéal pour des randonnées à pied ou en vélo dans la région. »

« It's a newer Tru and very nice property. Right beside Topsail Hill and there's a Donut Hole right down the sidewalk. You can tell the staff really cares and takes a lot of pride in the property. The Wednesday night reception was something I'd never experienced before at a smaller hotel. The king rooms are great for two people. If you have more than two, then you'll need a larger room. »
