« There was loud music by my room so I ask to go to another room got to that room it had not been cleaned so I went back to the office and ask for a refund and the manager was very nasty to me how I have to wait 10 days for my refund I was also told that the pool was not open it had not been open for years I would never recommend the hotel to my worst enemy itâs nothing like the website shows I will never go there again I would sleep in my car . »

« The room is absolutely crawling with roaches. They are crawling up the walls and on every surface. I don't think anything has ever been cleaned in this room before. The bedding is dirty and stained. The towels had the last guest's hair still on them. There was no toilet paper, the TV remotes dont work, the plugs on the wall dont work,There was food on the floor under the beds.
