The main floor’s vaulted ceilings and cozy furniture make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The big eat-in kitchen is ready for pancake breakfasts and big family dinners, and there’s even a formal dining room when you want to dress things up.

Sleeping arrangements work beautifully for big groups:
- Main Floor Primary Suite – King bed + private bathroom
- Lower Level – Queen bedroom
- Upstairs Guest Room – 4 full beds + private bathroom (hello, cousins’ sleepover!)
- Upstairs Guest Room – Queen bed
- Attached In-Law Suite – Queen bedroom and another with 2 full beds

There’s also a basement family room for movie nights or rainy-day games, and the attached suite is perfect for giving part of the group their own space.
