« The lobby is very cute & well maintained! The breakfast is wonderful. Lots of choices. However! The check-in did not go well for me. We came in at 1:00 pm to check-in as we were going up to a festival about half an hour north of there & would not be back until about 9 pm. We just wanted to check in & drop off our bags. We were informed we had to pay an extra $20 for early check-in even tho we were informed our room was ready. Policy. Dropped our bags in the room & then left. Turned up the...

« Nice little hotel in a nice quiet town. Nothing great, nothing terrible. The AC in my room worked fantastic! Would definitely stay here again. »

« Worst soap/shampoo I've experienced, it made us wierdly squeaky. Stains on were on the comforter. Our room was ok cleanliness wise. Pool was too cold for our kids and the hot tub was broken, so our kids were all shivering within 30 minutes. Accommodating front desk, but you always have to ring for it. Very limited breakfast that is good for 1-2 days max. Stay here if you want to convince of being in Springfield, I'd rather drive 30 minutes. »

« We absolutely loved our night at the Prairie Hause. The cabin was so cute - well decorated, full of everything we'd need, in the most beautiful setting! It was a chilly weekend but the blankets and heaters kept us comfortable. Love the lights along the path. Our host, Krista, was so accommodating and super friendly.
