We are in Corso Italia, at the height of the Pizzeria Xkè qua da Francesco. The apartment is part of a building and is on the first floor. We are close to the stretch of beach presided over by the Nettuno beach club, while both to the right and left we find a free beach. Being in Corso Italia we are in the convenience of services, as the first shopping center is less than 100 meters away, the center of the town is a stone's throw away and everything remains within reach.
In Corso Italia n.9e, inside the condominium called "LE PALME", we rent an apartment located on the first floor with elevator and private parking space inside the condominium garage.

The condominium has a swimming pool open from June 1st to September 30th.

Internally it consists of a living room with kitchenette and small terrace, double bedroom, single bedroom and completely renovated bathroom.
