« The property had one person that spoke some English, sadly I had no Spanish. I communicated with a translator app, and the staff were terrific in coping with this. The hotel is attached to the mall so it has easy access to eating and shopping. Showers are great in the room, the wifi dropped signal couple of times, but after I mentioned it via the translation app, they reset it and it performed well for the 5 days I was there. « We got quite surprised with this hotel. First time booking this property and after reading the previous reviews we were in doubt, however our stay was great staff very friendly, rooms very cleaned and comfortable. We ordered room service food and it was great as well. I tried the róbalo endiablado and my wife a chicken salad. They also had a great Chilean wine and prices were very reasonable. We don’t usually write reviews but we feel the previous reviews were unreasonable. We will stay here...
