We loved the house and our stay at Moonstruck Beach. The house is spacious, had everything we needed and had beautiful expansive beach views. We spent a lot of time on the private oceanfront patio watching the waves and surfers. Enjoyed the walk on the Moonstruck boardwalk to local eateries and the San Simeon park right by the house. We would return to this house in a heartbeat!

So glad we chose this beautiful property for our little family getaway! First, itā€™s nicer than the pictures! The home is so roomy, unique, comfortable, and well stocked! You couldnā€™t ask for a better location! Right across from Moonstone Beach! Itā€™s spotlessly clean with a lot of nice touches like little soaps and fluffy towels. More important, the property managers are so professional and made the entire rental process so smooth! Haley and Jackie are delightful and made sure our check in and check out were flawless! Huge thank you to Breen Vacation Station! We hope to rent from you again! Five star experience in every way!

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway meeting family from LA and the Bay Area. Location was excellent, with unbeatable views of the ocean/Moonstone Beach from the living room and had a great open plan to share with the family. House was as advertised and the downstairs rooms were much larger than they appeared in the picture. A few things are dated and could be refreshed, but everything was completely functional, so no complaints. The management company were friendly, communicative and easy to work work. We would definitely stay here again for any future visit to Cambria.

We did enjoy our recent 1 week visit to Cambria. The location was perfect to stroll onto the beach and enjoy a view of the ocean from sun up to sun down. We could hear the crashing of the waves every once in a while which was soothing.

I had such fun introducing my friends to Cambria and Moonstone Beach. We are only sad that we didn't have more time. The location of this house is excellent and we found the kitchen to be well-appointed and the house to be be comfortable.

Beautiful home. Wonderful location. The house was spacious, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The views of the ocean were spectacular, whether cooking in the kitchen, sitting in the living room or eating in the dining room. We will definitely return to this home.

We love this home and have rented it twice in less than a year BUT until they replace that upstairs ancient, faded living room carpet I won't rent again. Less a concern would be the popped seal on the windows have caused an obstruction of the ocean view in the master bedroom. Luckily the large bay window in the living space is beautiful! Hopefully i'll get a message about the carpet, I'll look forward to another stay!

House is very clean with very comfortable mattresses in each room. Kitchen is equipped with all basic amenities and tools. Living room carpet and sofa need upgrade. Very old style and looked aged. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the house a lot.

We'd been coming to Moonstone Beach/Cambria for decades and finally got to stay in this house that we'd been admiring for years. It's the perfect layout with an obviously amazing view of the ocean and unbeatable access to the beach and walks nearby. The property management team was first-rate, and friendly and made check-in a breeze. Will be coming back here soon!

The house was well maintained and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything. There was lots to do and we did it all! Beautiful views from the living room and patio. I would recommend this house for families or groups of friends.

Iā€™m not one to write a negative review, however, future guests should be made aware of some of the negative consequences. We brought a cake to the house for a celebration and left it on the kitchen counter. The next morning the cake was infiltrated with ants, hundreds of them! They were everywhere, in the sink, on the counter, even in the icemaker! We were not made aware of any ant problems. If we had been, we wouldā€™ve put the cake in the refrigerator. We were unable to prepare any meals, although we had brought a cooler of food with us. When we spoke with the manager, she informed us they had professionally treated the house the week prior. It didnā€™t work. She also indicated it was the ā€œseasonā€ for ants and bugs in Cambria. I just wish we had known. The house had a beautiful ocean view. However, the seals on the windows were broken so the view was quite blurry. When we went out on the deck to enjoy the view, the chairs had to be cleaned off as they were filthy and had spiderwebs. I would recommend they clean the deck prior to guests arriving. We would not stay here again, and we would not recommend it.

We stayed at this property 10 years ago and decided on a reunion trip to celebrate my motherā€™s 80th birthday. The views are amazingā€¦ The only bummer were the windows were pretty dirty. It was foggy for our stay so Iā€™m sure itā€™s difficult to keep the windows clean in inclement weather. The house has all the amenities one would need to entertain our group of eight. We ate in one night and then other night we went to the sea chest which was walking distance. The management company was very responsive and it was easy collecting the keys and dropping them back off. Bathrooms not stocked with shampoo or conditionerā€¦ we did find two small bars of soap. The grill is kept in the garage but easy to roll out onto the porch and there was 2 extra bottles of propane. The parking was ample ( we had 3 cars) including one in the garage. We would all recommend this house!

We have rented this home 3 times over the last 9 years and this time will be the last. The owners clearly donā€™t care. This is a cash cow to them and they have zero interest in maintaining the property to a minimum standard. Over the last 9 years, it has continued to fall into disrepair. It could be great, but the owners need to wake up and take some pride in there home. I have serious doubts this will happen. I highly recommend NOT renting this home. At this price you have many other options. If you donā€™t take my advice, plan on many things not working, jetted tub and fireplaces are just two examples. Plan on subpar amenities, pots and pans are trashed, lightbulbs burned out though out the house, exposed electrical, stains, no paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. The list goes on and on but I will spare you. This home used to be one of the best rentals in Cambria. Itā€™s so sad to see what it has turned into.
