« Pros:beautiful and clean property Cons: was told apartments has air conditioning unfortunately only in the two bedrooms no air in kitchen and living area I keep calling Roberto to inform him the situation next day he finally send a fan. Ac was leaking during the night which located over the door to the bathroom from bedroom. Roberto send a technician to fix it in the morning which disrupted our morning this property needs better management it was very hard to communicate with the host I had...

« No fue la estancia que rentamos. Aceptamos el cambio por qué dijo que estaba en mantenimiento pero cuando llegamos estaba rentada por otros. Además el sitio que nos brindó esta super sucio, descuidado y no era lo que nos vendieron. La dirección súper diferente y no era la misma de la compra, larguísima de nuestro destino. No es justo que lo que se compre no se obtenga. El olor a moho era insoportable. De tres cuartos pasamos a uno arrinconadas. Con inseguridad por que la cerradura estaba dañada....

« Parking garage took forever to open, Apartment was hot and smelled like cheap cleaning solution, No AC in the living room. No amenities in bathroom, just cheap hand soap. Room AC’s didn’t go high the apartment always stayed warm even with AC’s on.. Don’t recommend, you can get better for the price. »

« The host offers this house and lets you reserve and pay but it is close permanently. Be aware of this dishonest advertising which makes you just waste time to get your money back. I was on the phone with operator for 40 minutes when I was suppose to be enjoying my vacation time. If I were to leave 0 stars that would fit well. »

« Muy bueno locacion, excelente diria, pero bastante ruidoso, los vecinos de arriba a las 6am empezaron hacer ruido dandole a las paredes, los carros que entran y salen y abren el gate ruidoso, nooooo sumamente ruidoso. De ahi el apartamento comodo, la ropa de cama con un olor como que no habian lavado »

« Include a full day for a proper cleaning session as the time between one family and the other is not much. This was confirmed by the cleaning ladies that argued no much time to clean properly. We found some cleaning issues : bathroom, shower, bed sheets. We needed to wash and dry all sheets to avoid itches. Besides this, the owner was very active and sent back the cleaning team. Everything was clean again and the request was politely attended. »

« Had issues with the security guard due to not letting me go out to the pharmacy after midnight »

« The apartment was spacious and new, with nice furniture and an excellent view. The complex was very safe and the parking was easy to figure out. Communication with the host was easy and she sorted a small issue with a locked room in minutes! Very friendly and excellent host, would definitely recommend this spot! »
