Private Entrance. You have access to the entire home including the front and backyard.

I'd highly recommend a car to get around the area.

There is a limit of 4 cars in the gated property. No street parking available on the narrow street.

Only DISCLOSED number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.

By booking you agree that, there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.

Additional guests after 6 would require an extra charge of $60 per head on the nightly rate due to the usage and wear & tear on the home (automatically included in rate). Penalty for each unannounced guest or pet not disclosed prior to the stay is $120 per head (2x the normal charge).

QUIET HOURS are from 9PM-8AM. Loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction without refund.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED AT THIS HOME! This will result in a fine of $500 or more, payable via the Resolution Center.

Use facilities at your own risk, including hot tub.

Turn off all lights, thermostats, and gas & lock doors when leaving the home.
