With the rainy season transforming the landscape into vibrant shades of emerald from June through October and the dry season bringing golden coastal beauty from November through May, Casa Milagro offers a completely different experience with each visit.

Your journey to Casa Milagro begins along an unpaved coastal road with steep inclines and breathtaking scenery. During the rainy season, a 4x4 or higher-clearance vehicle is strongly recommended for comfortable access and for exploring the many secluded beaches, villages, and hidden gems of Oaxaca's spectacular coastline.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by native gardens, ocean breezes, and a sense of tranquility that immediately sets the tone for their stay. The property includes the entire Casa Milagro villa, featuring both levels of the home, expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, multiple ocean view terraces, a private pool, tropical fruit gardens, and a private pathway leading to Playa del Sol below.

A labeled fruit garden lines the path toward the beach and includes a variety of seasonal fruits grown on the property. When available, ripe fruit may be harvested and shared with guests as a complimentary part of the Casa Milagro experience.

Throughout the villa, guests will discover handcrafted furnishings created by Oaxacan master carpenters, locally woven textiles, artisan details, and natural materials carefully selected to celebrate the culture and craftsmanship of the region. Every aspect of Casa Milagro was designed with beauty, comfort, sustainability, and connection to nature in mind.

The upper level features Casa Milagro's signature open-air palapa living space with panoramic ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, master suite, flexible living space, private pool, and expansive oceanfront terrace. The top level is stepless from car to all upper level areas of the home and open qualifying it as an Assessable Home. The open concept lower level expands the experience with additional sleeping areas, a full kitchen, indoor living areas, covered ocean view terraces, garden seating areas, and comfortable accommodations for larger families and groups.

Together, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for family vacations, group retreats, celebrations, remote work escapes, or simply reconnecting with nature and one another.

• Children must be supervised at all times due to the property's cliffside setting, elevated terraces, pool, and natural surroundings.

• Out of respect for the local ecosystem and wildlife, pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome.

• The open-air living spaces are intentionally designed to embrace the coastal environment. Ceiling fans and ocean breezes provide natural airflow throughout the property.

• Playa del Sol is a natural beach without lifeguards, facilities, or services. Guests should exercise appropriate caution and practice ocean safety at all times.

• Casa Milagro is located in a natural environment where guests may encounter local wildlife, tropical vegetation, and the sounds and beauty of the surrounding ecosystem.
