« This was a beautiful property - very high quality fittings and finishings, stunning views of the lake, with easy access to Panajachel (Lino looked after us well!). "This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by lush gardens. It lacks some of the amenities you expect at this level (gym, fridge in the room, tea making facilities) and the helicopters that come and go to the hotel’s helipad are a real nuisance. However, my real reason for the 4/5 grade is because of all the bird cages. Toucans are meant to be free."
