VIVA Residences Unit 301, your home away from home in beautiful San Pedro! An island getaway in our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, two comfortable king-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and your own washer and dryer. Located just one block from the Caribbean Sea. VIVA 301 has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable Belize vacation! You’ll also be just steps away from Caramba Restaurant, Elvi’s Kitchen, and El Fogon are all less than a minute’s walk.

The space
Stay at VIVA Residences/Unit 301 in San Pedro. This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is on the third floor of the complex so you do have to go up stairs. It is ideal for families, couples, friends, and singles to rent. It has everything that you may need during your stay. When you walk in, you already feel at home. Each bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a closet. One bedroom has a safe in the closet. Each bathroom has a nice big shower and towels are provided. The living room has a flat screen TV and a comfy couch. In the kitchen area there are top grade appliances, such as a fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has basic cooking utensils and a dining table with 3 chairs for you to enjoy all your delicious meals. The open living and kitchen area are what make this unit feel so spacious.There is a washer and dryer inside the unit which is for your private use. If you need to iron your clothes, there is an ironing board and iron as well. This beautiful and modern apartment will meet all of your needs and more. You won’t be disappointed.

Enjoy the shared balcony outside the unit, perfect for sipping your morning coffee while watching San Pedro start its day or unwinding with an evening cocktail as you watch the sunset. It’s a fantastic spot for people-watching and soaking in the island vibe.

Other things to note
Exciting improvements are underway at VIVA Residences! Our rooftop pool, swim-up bar, fitness center, and kitchen are currently under construction and not yet available for guest use.

Construction typically takes place from 9 AM to 6 PM, and some noise may be heard during these hours.
