THE SPACE
Sunset Retreat offers a comfortable setting for up to four guests, with two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, and one shared bathroom. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, with friends, or as a small family, there’s space to settle in and enjoy island life.

Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area helps keep you comfortable after a day exploring Ambergris Caye. Wi-Fi lets you stay connected, while the smart TV allows you to sign in to your favorite streaming services for a relaxed evening indoors.

The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, with an oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils. Brew your morning coffee, blend a refreshing drink, or prepare a meal to enjoy together.

One of the home’s highlights is the covered, screened patio—a welcoming spot for breakfast, reading, or enjoying sunset drinks. For an even slower afternoon, head to the hammocks beneath the house and unwind in the island breeze.

Guests also have a private entrance and on-site parking for a rental golf cart. Solar-powered outdoor lights help illuminate the property after dark.

GUEST ACCESS

Our Isla Bonita Property Management team is available through VRBO or WhatsApp for questions, maintenance assistance, and help planning your stay. We’ll coordinate your arrival and provide check-in instructions beforehand. We can also assist with transportation, golf cart rentals, excursions, and dining arrangements at an additional cost.

Off-grid living: This home generates its electricity through solar power, with a backup generator for additional support. Solar production varies with the weather, so thoughtful electricity use is especially helpful during extended cloudy or rainy periods.
