The Sandcastle House, Tres Cocos is a gorgeous 3-story home which was recently thoroughly remodeled. It is located in the exclusive Tres Cocos neighborhood on Ambergris Caye, approximately 10 mins from the town center. The home has a brand-new swimming pool and a beautifully-built private pier with seating area and palapa for great relaxation right on the ocean.

The space

The Sandcastle House, offering a one-bed, one-bath unit located on the Ocean side. There is a second one-bedroom unit located on the Sunset view side of the house which could be occupied during your stay. The 2nd floor home is occasionally occupied, but if not, guests are welcome to use the 2nd floor and 3rd floor verandas which offer spectacular views of the ocean, and sunset views.

This first level units offer a large open living room, a bedroom with king bed, a modern bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. There are AC split units to keep the unit nice and cool. This beautiful home is beachfront with a fully fenced yard and a swimming pool and a grill. The space between the fenced-in yard and private pier offers lots of beach sand for barefoot enjoyment.

This beautiful home has a great location, very close to town. If the Sunset View unit is occupied, the pool will be shared with these guests only. 2nd level guests are not using the pool.

We can assist you with your domestic (Belize) travel and tours/excursions. We can assist in booking your flight from BZE to San Pedro. Golf carts are the main mode of transportation on Ambergris Caye/San Pedro and perfect for exploring the island. We can make a golf cart reservation for you so your cart is waiting for you upon arrival.

Activities on Ambergris Caye/San Pedro are definitely water-related as Belize has the second-largest barrier reef in the world. There are snorkeling and scuba diving trips just a short boat ride from shore. Flats fly fishing, reef fishing, or deep-sea fishing can be booked for half or full-day trips. There are 2 paddle boards at the house and you can rent jet skis, kite boards, windsurfers and bicycles by the hour. You can go parasailing or even book a helicopter tour. If you want to spend a relaxing day on the water aboard a catamaran or sailboat, we are happy to coordinate. There's even a casino on the island if you're feeling lucky! We can also schedule onsite services such as massage and a private chef.

If you want a different type of adventure, you may want to visit the mainland and be welcomed by the jungle! We can help coordinate transportation to the mainland from Ambergris Caye/San Pedro and a whole list of activities - Belize Zoo, ancient Mayan sites, cave tubing, zip lining, baboon sanctuary, hiking, rappelling, waterfalls, horseback riding, pontoon boating, butterfly farm, botanical garden.
