Step out onto the private balcony for morning coffee, an afternoon breeze or a sunset drink above the treetops.



Inside, the living area is set up for easy downtime, with air conditioning, fast WiFi and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy breakfasts before a day out.



The bedroom has a king bed with quality linens, and the bathroom comes with fresh towels and essentials.



When it’s time to cool off, head down to Mara Laguna’s community pool. It sits within a peaceful setting between the sea and the lagoon.

The Neighborhood:

Mara Laguna is a quiet residential community on Ambergris Caye, with the Caribbean Sea in front and a calm lagoon inside the property. It’s about 0.4 miles north of the San Pedro bridge. The Farmhouse Market and Cafe is right across the street for coffee, breakfast and groceries, and several restaurants and a store are within walking distance. San Pedro’s beach bars, dive shops and snorkel tours are close by.



Getting Around:

Most guests get around by golf cart, bike or taxi. The condo is about 0.4 miles north of the bridge, so downtown San Pedro is only a few minutes away. The Casago Belize team can help with airport or water taxi pickup, golf cart rentals and local tips.



Other Things to Note:

The condo is reached by stairs only, because the community has no elevators. It may not suit guests with limited mobility or heavy luggage.
