  • «Pirate Villas» est une villa privée de 3 étages au bord de l'eau sur North Ambergris Caye. Idéalement situé à seulement un mile au nord du centre-ville de San Pedro dans l'un des quartiers les plus exclusifs du Belize, Tres Cocos Area.

    L'unité inférieure comprend un lit king-size, fabriqué à la main par un artisan local en bois de guerrier bélizien exotique, un salon avec un nouvel ensemble de canapé confortable, une cuisine complète, avec des portes françaises s'ouvrant sur sa propre piscine privée avec une terrasse en bois dur bélizienne personnalisée, Télévision câblée à écran plat de 40 ", laveuse / sécheuse et salle de bain sur mesure.

    Récemment rénové en 2016 avec des carreaux d'argile mexicains exotiques à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur avec une finition en mosaïque chaleureuse dans toute la villa. WIFI portable pour une utilisation sur la propriété inclus uniquement pour votre commodité.

    Plunge Pool: Rafraîchissez-vous avec un cocktail d'île tropicale dans votre piscine privée de 5 pieds de profondeur avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil juste à côté du pont du rez-de-chaussée.

    Notre unité inférieure est parfaite pour un couple. La deuxième unité est réservée aux propriétaires. Les propriétaires sont rarement à la maison, vous avez donc une intimité.

    Pirate's Treasure Restaurant & Bar: Situé à l'entrée de la propriété au bord de la route, à 400 pieds (de la villa), offre la meilleure cuisine des Caraïbes spécialisée dans les recettes de poisson-lion, ouvert à 16h et la cuisine ferme à 23h. Un endroit amusant où les touristes et les habitants se réunissent pour passer un bon moment.

    Nous vous invitons à rester avec nous et à passer un excellent séjour dans votre villa privée au bord de l'eau et à savourer de la bonne nourriture, des cocktails et des moments amusants dans notre restaurant et bar avec notre personnel amical.

This place was a gem! Lots of space, privacy and our own plunge pool off the deck. Perfect location and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay, definitely one of our best trips ever.

Perfect location, out of busy town, perfect for getting pretty much anywhere and very quiet. We loved hanging out on the deck, using the bbq and a nice dip in the personal pool. Hosts and caretaker very helpful and accommodating.

Jason and Mar were great host. They knew all the good spots to go. They made our trip very memorable would definitely stay again. Take the kayak out bar hopping on the lagoon!

This was hands down my best VRBO experience. Everything went smoothly. The property was wonderful. Our hosts were amazing and helpful. Highly recommend this home. Far enough off the main road to be completely private, yet close enough to all amenities that you could walk if you wanted to shops and restaurants.
Main floor is the VRBO. Owner lives upstairs and takes really good care of the property and guests.

I was visiting to find my permanent retirement home, and Pirate Villas was a great place to stay for my week! Air conditioning and the private pool made things even better. It's close enough to town to get what you need or to go out and party with everyone - and its also just enough outside of San Pedro Town to have a nice quiet time. The back deck faces west, so you get to take in the unbelievable sunsets. It's on the lagoon side of the island, but about 300 meters to the east is the beach and all it has to offer. The cute dinosaurs that will come running out of the mangroves are fun to feed leftovers to, also. They seem to like reggae music - specifically Bob Marley and the Wailers - and Stick Figure. Catalina and Brandon were around to take care of any requests or questions. It was an amazing week and I would definitely recommend it! One Love and Aloha!

Great stay at Pirates!

Really enjoyed our time here. Just out of the way enough to feel like your own private oasis but close enough to everything so running out for anything was a breeze. Maresha was super helpful, on top of making sure our stay was top notch she also hooked us up with a golf cart rental for getting around and helped us arrange a private snorkelling trip. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay; the description is super accurate, pictures are on point. Bed was very very comfortable; we had everything we needed! The location is right where you want to be on Ambergris Caye. 10/10 recommend!

This place was great. It’s not “fancy” but had everything we needed for a 6 night stay a few weeks ago. The washer/dryer was broken, but the couple who manages the place did a load of laundry for us. The back room does stay pretty warm, but we managed. Putting the fan in the hallway and opening the bathroom doors helped to get the airflow moving in the middle of the night. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed it. The kitchen was equipped enough for us to make breakfast and some snacks. We always went out for dinner! The mattress is SUPER firm. We prefer a firm mattress, but this one was a little too firm. We were fine, but some guests may not like it. We would stay here again. It was a good location and the things that weren’t perfect were extremely minor for the price and how awesome the hosts were.

We had a wonderful time at the house . It was so quiet there was no road noise from the main road . We loved the pool & watching & feeding the iguanas .Maresha was a fantastic host & a world of information of where to go on the island ! Pirates Restaurant at Secret Beach was awesome food ! We had such an enjoyable time in San Pedro. Maresha and Jason were genuine kind and laid back hosts. The views were stunning. It was really nice after all day on the beach or in town (where so much is going on) to come back to peace and serenity. Five out of five would not stay anywhere else when we return. Come back and watch the beautiful sunset from the pool.

Great location and property

The view on the verandah was lovely. The pool was clean, cool, and enjoyable. I loved the amount of wood accents in the home. The staff were extraordinary nice. We would rent again.

Perfect spot

The villa is spacious and very well appointed. Super comfortable couches for lounging, and the bed is comfortable. Only a few blocks from town, but quiet and tranquil. The plunge pool is refreshing and sunset views are stunning. The owners were super responsive as was the caretaker. Highly recommend Pirate Villa.
