Slice of Paradise

This was our first trip to Belize. This trip was so easy to book and the hosts at The Landings at Tres Cocos made our stay so worry-free!!First off, the communication before we even got to the property was so quick and professional! Brittany was my go-to person and she had so much great information for us. She was readily available and offered to book golf cart rentals, excursions, and get us set up with beverages in our condo prior to us arriving. She reached out the day of travel and made sure we were on our way! We ended up getting to Ambergris Caye a little earlier than expected and she was flexible and met us at the condo to check us in for the week.Her and her husband, Mike, were available all week if we needed anything. We did have to call them for internet help and they were on top of things! The condo was Bermuda Beach, B6, and it looks exactly like the pictures on the VRBO posting! The condo was extremely clean, the air conditioning worked great (much appreciated on the warmer days we had!), and we had absolutely everything we needed to feel like home! Our deck view was beautiful! The property faces east and so you get to watch the sun come up over the sea in the mornings. It was a favorite place for me to sit, so peaceful!We loved the location of the property. It was an easy 25-30 minute drive to Secret Beach. If heading into town, we were about 15 minutes away. Lots of places to eat within five minutes of the property as well!

Such amazing hospitality with Brittany and Mike. We have never been out of the states and them picking us up and taking us through all the steps to get a golf cart ect. We had o e small issue and they were right there responding. Amazing place and amazing g people.

Amazing Stay

This property has everything you need. Very clean, plenty of room, multiple pools with a bar/restaurant, and the hosts were fantastic. The property is beautiful and the location is great. Beauty at the beach

Our stay at the The Landings at Tres Cocos was fabulous. Can not say enough positive about Kimberly's communication before and during our trip. She made all arrangements easy and smooth. Loved our condo and the view is fabulous. Great location just north of the bridge for access to other parts of Ambergris Caye. Had a wonderful week in the sun.

Great location and service

As other reviews mentioned, the location is just outside of the center of town, so it's quieter, but still convenient to the airport, water taxis, etc. And there are still lots of dining options that are walkable or a short drive. There's a market next door, and Coco's Loco, a cute beach bar with delicious kabobs and fun drinks. Other nearby restaurants we liked were the 303, PUR, the Farmhouse Cafe, and the lively Truck Stop. The unit itself is on the 3rd floor, so it has a sunny patio, skylights, and great view of the pool and beach. The pool and beach areas were very clean and well-maintained, and there was always golf cart parking available. The really notable thing about this property is the concierge-level service you get from the managers, Brittany and Mike. The live on the premises and are extremely knowledgeable about the area, and very responsive to any issues/questions. They arranged our golf cart rental and Air Tropic flights, and met us upon arrival to handle bags and give us a tour of the property. They really go out of their way to ensure a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience

This was the first time I had been on the island. If you love scuba diving and snorkeling, this is the place for you. The property managers were super helpful. If I ever get back to Belize I would consider staying here again.

Absolutely amazing!

The management team was absolutely amazing! Brittany was absolutely a breeze to communicate with. Her and the team arranged absolutely everything we needed. From the flights with teopic air from the mainland , to the golf cart rental to my dive trips . It was all so easy and a joy to have all things handled so easily. I unit we stayed in was great and felt just like home. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again. Without any hesitation.

Bay Belize has to offer

Can’t say enough good things about this condo rental. Mostly because of the care and helpfulness of its managers Brittany and Mike. They answered our every question and request and took care of all of our tours and bookings. The condo is so quiet and well situated just north of the main town San Pedro. It was immaculate, I have never stayed in such a clean condo and we are very particular when it comes to cleanliness. Close to great restaurants and easy to golf cart everywhere. There are 2 pool options and while we were there it was never busy. There’s no beach but that’s because it’s a Caye not an island.none of the resorts offer a beach.

Beautiful, clean, friendly and close to everything!

We booked two condos for a large family vacation and the entire process from selecting the condos, booking, coordinating arrival, checking in and checking out was seamless! The management staff was amazing and responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. The location was perfect, right in the middle between the center of town to the south and some really cool beach bars and restaurants to the north. The property was beautiful, but we didn’t spend much time at the pools or on the beach area because we spent our time exploring the island. The condos were very clean, spacious and we had a washer and dryer which was a game changer for packing! Overall an absolutely great experience and would highly recommend!

Great stay at Tres Cocos

My wife, daughter and I had 5 fabulous days staying in the property at Tres Cocos. Chad, Kimberly, Brittany and Mike were all so accommodating and acted as our own concierge in greeting us when we arrived, helping us get settled in with a golf cart rental and booking activities. We're looking forward to returning to San Pedro again in the future, and would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at The Landings! This spot is the perfect location…close to town for travel by cart but also quiet and peaceful. A market just around the corner to walk to. Chad and Kimberly were so helpful with everything! The pool and grounds were immaculate.

Excellent condo

Kimberly and Chad were excellent to work with right form the beginning. It was so nice to have excursions taken care of, golf cart ready to go, beers and sodas in the fridge and a book of great information! They met us right at the airport and helped us throughout the week with any questions. The unit was very nice and other than the massive amounts of seaweed on the sea wall (the smell was AWFUL) so we didn’t get to enjoy the lanai as much as we’d hoped for.

Very nice condo & pool

Kimberly & Chad manage a very nice property close to San Pedro. The units & property are very nice. Our unit was very comfortable altho kitchen supplies were limited. Communication w/Kimberly and services they offer are excellent (arranging Tropic Air flights, local cell phone). Location is close to town, but not easy walking due to bridge construction & golf cart traffic.

Belize Christmas 2022

I did not know what to expect in Belize as it was our first time. All our expectations were pleasantly exceeded. Chad met us at the airport and helped with our luggage transfer. Kimberly was in the condo soon after we arrived to welcome us. The condo was clean and spacious. Wifi was spoty in the bedrooms which was disappointing but the views of the pool and ocean made up for it. The pool and sandy area were neat and tidy. Location was ideal. Kim helped with arranging sailing, a chef and all our local flights. She even sent us reminders for departure travel time. We checked out at 11 AM, drove our cart to the airport,Chad had out luggage already there, handed us our boarding passes and we were honestly checked in and sitting in the waiting area by 11:25 AM. It was the most stress free flight check in I have ever experienced! Thanks Kim and Chad for a great experience in San Pedro!

Great Condo with wonderful Property Managers

The condo was clean, convenient and in a good location. The best part of this unit was the property managers Kimberly and Chad. They had made all our arrangements including air transport from Belize City, golf cart, the perfect tours (and tour operators) and stocking our refrigerator with beverages. The grounds were well maintained. The view from our balcony was beautiful and there were several good places nearby for some great food, good music and tasty cocktails. I would highly recommend this unit. The property managers made this a stress free vacation. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent location, excellent hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tres Cocos. Kimberly and Chad were more than helpful and available when we had questions. They graciously supplied provisions, flights and tours. We found the location to be convenient to anything we needed and the property was very well maintained. The condo was spacious and we found everything we needed. We hope to return sooner next time around!

Good central location with plenty of room

The property managers were easy to work with and communicated very well! The property has a good central location. The pictures aren't up to date. The hot tub looks great in the pictures, but wasn't in operating order and had very dirty water in the bottom. There was only one pool available for use. The bedding shown in the pictures isn't current but was still nice. The skylights in the kitchen leak when it rains, so you have to put bowls or trash cans out to catch the water.

Fun quick stay

Unit was as depicted, spacious, nice & clean. Great location just out of the hustle and bustle north of the bridge. A small grocery store right next door is very convenient. Property managers Kimberly & Chad are available and very helpful. Renting a golf car is a must staying at this property (or any property really) if you want to fully enjoy all Ambergris has to offer. We were unlucky to have a hurricane passing across Mexico to the north of us during our stay that pulled in a bunch of weather causing us to stay in more than we typically would, and forcing us to discover the Internet connection is not really good for any TV streaming on the unit provided streaming device. However, their Belize cable tv does work, with but with very limited channels. Internet connection is ok for checking email and doing a few things on the web though slow. Wireless access is only available in the front family room area of the unit and outside by the pool area. Another unfortunate for us was a large bed of Sargassum pushed in on the currents just before we arrived. This can make for a strong not so pleasant smell outside, but this is not a property problem but a general issue you will have on Ambergris. Currents shifted and the Sargassum did thin out over a couple days which made it much more pleasant by the end of our 4 day stay.
