DESCRIPTION DE PENTHOUSE.

Cette propriété "Penthouse" est l'un de seulement 16 appartements modernes nouvellement construits, construits selon les spécifications et des normes très élevées, avec tout le confort ultra moderne que vous pourriez demander. L'appartement offre beaucoup d'espace de vie avec son plan ouvert et lumineux à travers le salon, en direction de la cuisine et salle à manger, donnant sur une terrasse ensoleillée, avec auvent, qui donne sur la piscine. La terrasse vous mène au grand solarium sur le toit avec un canapé et des fauteuils en rotin, une grande pagode pour l'ombre, des chaises longues et un barbecue, le tout donnant sur la piscine et le jardin.

EMPLACEMENT.

La propriété est située à moins de 700 mètres des plages de sable fin de l'ultra recommandable Mar Menor, à San Pedro Del Pinatar, qui compte également 325 jours de soleil par an. L'appartement est à quelques pas à un choix de boutiques, des restaurants, des bars, des banques, du port de plaisance, et du centre ville.

WHATS FAIRE?

La Mar Menor est la plus grande lagune d'eau de mer en Europe et largement considéré comme ayant quelques-unes des plus belles plages de sable fin en Espagne avec un parfait tout près climatique de l'année, c'est un endroit de qualité très souhaitable en effet. La Mar Menor est une Mecque pour toutes sortes de sports nautiques, voile, planche à voile, kite surf, plongée sous-marine ou tout simplement nager. A proximité de la célèbre La Manga Golf et Sports Club et à quelques pas des lagunes salées et les bains de boue.

We enjoyed 11 nights at this modern, clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment with a stunning roof terrace! It felt like a home from home with various bits and pieces like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, etc. The town of San Pedro is a short walk away and offers so many different things to explore. It is also easy to take a bus to Cartagena, Murcia or even Alicante. The whole complex with lovely pool area and friendly neighbours made our stay very enjoyable. We loved staying here and will most definitely return to explore more of the area knowing that it will be in such a lovely apartment.

We had a lovely stay. Met by Diana and her husband who were happy to give us some local knowledge. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, we had a very comfortable stay. The balcony and roof terrace were fantastic. The pool was a great and very well maintained, with weekly visits from maintenance company. The walk to beach, mud baths took around 15 mins and was a struggle in the heat. Would definitely recommend a car. Lots of lovely restaurants a very plesant 10 minute walk in the evening. A great area with lots to explore nearby. Great apartment in a great area.

During the booking phase and prior to our vacation communications with Ray the host were excellent. Must say this is one of the most well appointed and best equipped apartments we have ever stayed in. Two bedrooms, both with ensuites, good sized lounge with air conditioning, WiFi, Multi channelled English TV. Balcony with table, chairs and awning overlooking the pool and then an enormous very well furnished roof terrace. What is not to like. Would recommend the use of a car to explore the wonderful area the apartment is located in.

Uiterst nette en comfortabele woning voorzien van alle comfort. Heerlijk zwembad maar wel vlakbij terrassen onderburen. Bij warm weer (was 39 graden) vertoefden we op het dakterras omdat het achteraan 's avonds te warm was. Eventuele tip voor de eigenaar om dakterras te voorzien van een eettafel. Dankjewel Raymond voor de mooie vakantie.

La casa tiene todo lo necesario, con vistas a la piscina (zona común muy limpia y cuidada), además es fresca si abres las ventanas opuestas. La terraza estupenda, con sus hamacas, sillones, toldo y barbacoa....En general muy bien.

Lovely modern apartment, very well maintained and equipped with plenty of space. Balcony overlooked the pool area with access to it from the pavement outside the complex. We generally spent time on the roof terrace as there was a breeze most days, venturing into the pool to cool off. We thought the beach was a bit of a trek in the heat although my husband did go out walking most mornings and took in the sights of the mud baths and windmills. We would probably recommend a car for access to shops and resorts although we used the local taxi company to visit the Marina de la Salinas one evening after my husband and daughter had hired bikes and ridden round the salt flats. We also took taxis to Dos Mares shopping centre in San Javier and on a few evenings we went to Los Alcazares to eat.

We staying in number 101 Pueblo III apartments for most of February and March this year. On arrival we were met by Dianne and her husband. The apartment was smaller than the advertised photo but there was ample room for my wife and I. The weather for the first few days was on the cool side but the a/c unit heated the apartment quite adequately. Once the weather improved we took advantage of the large solarium upstairs, infact spending most of the holiday on the loungers provided. The apartment itself is well kitted out, two luxurious bathrooms, two good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. The TV in the lounge has full SKY coverage (which is more than we have at home.) Smaller than it looks in the photos but very modern and well-equipped. When it's hot the pool, side and roof terraces are great. The two bedrooms and bathrooms have everything you need and everything is on one floor. I would recommend this property for a sunny holiday for up to 4 adults happy to share one space. It's just a short walk to a wonderful part of the Mar Manor with beaches, restaurants, cafes, etc.

We had a wonderful holiday here and the rooftop solarium was a highlight! Very welcoming agent, Diana, and the apartment itself was very clean, well appointed and with a lovely pool. Really close to the marina, beach and all local amenities. If you have any questions, the owners are very prompt to reply and are professional and friendly. Have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Wat een heerlijk appartement met dakterras. Het appartement heeft alles om een heerlijke vakantie te hebben. Appartement beschikt over 2 slaapkamers met ieder een eigen badkamer. Appartement beschikt over een grote koelkast met vriezer, elektrische kookplaat met afzuigkap. 's-Avonds even de airco aanzetten en het is heerlijk koel om een heerlijke nachtrust te hebben. Verder heeft het appartement een groot dakterras met 4 ligbedden en een barbecue waar je gebruik van kan maken. Het dakterras biedt een hoop privacy de wind geeft een heerlijke verkoeling. Het gezamenlijke zwembad is via de buitenkant bereikbaar. Op ca. 900 m lopen (10 min) is de boulevard met het strand. Voor de boodschappen zijn er genoeg supermarkten in de buurt (Lidl, Carrefour enz) auto is wel nodig tijdens verblijf. Wij hebben 3 weken gebruik gemaakt van het appartement, en hebben met z'n vieren genoten van het verblijf in het appartement. Het is zeker een aanrader als je van luxe, comfort en rust houdt.

Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig, nicht zu viel Publikumsverkehr. In die Innenstadt sind es aber auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Penthouse ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet gewesen. Auch die beiden Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder von großen Nutzen gewesen. Die Größe war perfekt. Der Pool war hervorragend für eine Abkühlung geeignet, obwohl wir lieber den Strand mögen. Für einen Sprung ins kühle Nass, nachdem Strand, einfach nur super. Am Besten hat uns aber die riesige Dachterasse gefallen. Hier wehte stets ein kühler Wind. Die Aussicht top! Das war unser liebster Ort. Fazit: Alles Perfekt!

I and my family have been renting in San Pedro since 2011, this is the fourth apartment I have rented and it is by far the best. Modern, spacious, spotless and although I stayed on my own this time it would be perfect for a family of four, you certainly wouldn't feel on top of each other so many areas inside and out to sit and relax. Kitchen/lounge/dining area is a perfect layout, you have a balcony with seating and a huge solarium where you can spend all day. The pool is large and good amount of space to relax around it, it may be the time of year I went but I had the pool to myself on occasions. The owners provide you with deatailed helpful information prior to your holiday which takes any stress out of finding the property and your way around the property. An excellent location within an easy reach of the town and Mercadona their supermarket and close to the wonderful beach/Mar Menor. I really can't find fault with it, this place will be booked up very quickly, I look forward to hopefully returning next year. Thank you Raymond Halliday

We absolutely loved this apartment - well fitted, pretty spacious (we were only one couple staying and the lounge area might be a little cramped for four). Bedrooms lovely and bathrooms beautiful. At the moment the nearest shop and bars/restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk away but looking at the development going on of other similar quality properties in the immediate area I would hope some facilities may arise in the future. Hope so as this is a great place to stay. The area is very Spanish with good food - we were there in May and it was fairly quiet. The 'Mar Menor' itself is wonderful.
