« Nice, safe, functional home in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Clean, well-stocked, with plenty of room for our family. Host quickly responded to questions and kept us updated when the cleaner was late in having the property ready. One of the neighbors parked their vehicle in front of the house in such a way that their vehicle took up both parking spots; necessitating us looking further down the block for parking. Noisy HVac, but it was mentioned in the paperwork and no surprise in an older home....

« On a eu un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est très bon a côté de pleins de restaurants, la plage juste a coté ( juste une petite rue a traversé, un stationnement et on y est). Les propriétaires sont toujours là pour nous aider. Vraiment très agréable. Si vous venez en voiture de Punta Cana vous allez avoir 3 péages de 100, 60, et 100 pesos chacun. Ils ne prennent pas la carte, mais us dollar où pesos. Je recommande fortement. »

« We spent a month at the condo in Marbella and had a wonderful time. The few minor issues that we had were readily addressed by Bernie and everything was just as had been advertised. Bernie was very accessible when we needed to speak to him. Our biggest problem was not speaking Spanish, which made it difficult to communicate at times when speaking with workers at the resort or out in the community. « This apartment is accurately depicted in the listing: it is comfortably furnished and a good size for a group of two or three (I was there with a friend). It is off the direct beach area, so probably quieter at night than places right on the water, but really easy to get to various restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Check in was easy and everything in the apartment worked well. It was really nice to have access to a gym. »
