✔️ If the apartment is left with tobacco odors, similar smells, or stains on bed linens, towels, or furniture from any fluids or bodily residues, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
✔️ If you would like to check in early or drop bags off, we will gladly assist you if we can accommodate you at an extra charge, but you must let us know beforehand.
✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
