✔️ Public spaces in the neighborhood cannot be used for more than 6 people gatherings.
✔️ Park only in designated spaces.
✔️ Be mindful of electricity consumption; do not waste it.
✔️ Do not eat on sofas and beds.
✔️ Do not sit or stand on furniture that is not designed for it.
✔️ If you expect visitors, please report them through this chat so we can notify the condominium. Unreported visitors will not be allowed in.
✔️ If the apartment is left with tobacco odors, similar smells, or stains on bed linens, towels, or furniture from any fluids or bodily residues, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
✔️ If you would like to check in early or drop bags off, we will gladly assist you if we can accommodate you at an extra charge, but you must let us know beforehand.
✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
