« La atención por Wats desde el inicio de la reserva es buena pero ya cuando estás ahí la verdad es nula !!! No está mal el lugar solo que se ve abandonado, el bote de basura del baño, las manijas de la puerta del baño y la llave del lavabo están en malas condiciones, las camas muy duras nada cómodas, los controles de la TV ya tenían las pilas oxidadas, por lo que no pudimos ni prenderla no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y dormir con los ventanales abiertos no se me hace nada seguro, hay...

« The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....

« The host was great with communication from before check-in till after we checked out. We loved that we had the option to hire the house cleaner to cook for us as well and she made us breakfast each morning. This property is beautiful and perfect for large groups. Its location is perfect as well because we were able to park our car in a near by garage and walk to el centro, as well as many other places. We would definitely stay here again when visiting SMA »

« Beautiful house with great spaces and natural light. Spotless and a wonderful outdoor patio. Easy to get to and a short drive to all of the action downtown but also close to vineyards and local spots. Can’t beat the price. »

« Easy to communicate with staff via WhatsApp and immediate response. We had a warm water failure that we reported and had already maintenance onsite 15 minutes later. The rooms and bathrooms had a very high standard and were clean and well taken care of. We definitely recommend families or group of friends to rent this wonderful house, with perfect location in San Miguel. »
