The house has 3 bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms and one with a bathroom in the hallway) and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as quiet ceiling fans in two bedrooms and the living room.



The swimming pools are shared with the community and the apartment complex "11 Holiday Homes". There is a 20 metre seawater pool at 23ºC, a 12 metre relaxation pool at 35ºC of fresh water, and a children's saltwater pool as well. The pools are open all year round and have a lifeguard service.
