We have stayed at El Nautico on two previous occasions on the upper floors. This apartment was on the ground floor giving access to the garden but being in the corner it was quite dark not helped by the dark internal decor, and without working lights on the patio it limited the enjoyment of outside space at night. On arrival there was an issue getting the key but was resolved after 20 minutes. We asked for the car park code only to be told that apt 104 did not have a car park space contrary to the HA details and the blurb in the apartment. Visited the garage the following day to find a trailer and several mobility scooters occupying the space. Sent a note to owner but got no response, so parked on the road for the duration. There is a TV with four small pages of written instruction on how to operate, but we could not get past page two before a message to contact the provider popped up. Messaged owner but no response however as it was xmas there was not too much on TV to miss. Never did resolve it even when trying one final time to watch the Queens xmas message. There are two sun beds allocated to the apartment but only one sun bed mattress. The fridge freezer had not been emptied, with half a bottle of coke six slices of bread, a quarter carton of milk and half a pot of jam, plus several packets of opened frozen vegetables, all of which we had to clear out. All in all when you have stayed previously in the same building with no problems , any other apartment will be up for comparison, and we are afraid it sadly did not compare. However we did not let it affect our holiday unduely , which generally we enjoyed.
