Marì Trullo is an exclusive villa with swimming pool for holidays in Puglia,
in the coutryside of San Michele Salentino. The property consists of an
ancient four-cone trullo dating back to the end of 1800 which was
renovated with respect of the rural technique and equipped with modern
accessories.
The villa consists of the original unit and an outbuilding, accommodating up to 8 guests.
In the garden there are: swimming pool with solarium, barbecue, outdoor shower and parking. The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric oven, coffee machine, hair-dryer, tv, mosquito nets.

The
ancient complex of trulli, renovated into a modern villa, is in the
countryside, surrounded by the green olive and almond trees. In the
garden there is a beautiful swimming pool with solarium and outdoor kitchen with dining area.
Marì Trullo is divided into two units.
The first unit is the trulli, where there are: living room with dining table and double sofa bed, kitchenette with sink, fridge and coffee machine, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 full bathroom.
The second unit is a modern outbuilding that consists of a double bedroom and a full bathroom.
Next
to the trullo there is a large and well-equipped kitchen. Moreover,
outside there is the third full bathroom with washing machine.

Trullo is in the countryside of San Michele Salentino, near Brindisi
and the beautiful Itria Valley. The city centre of San Michele Salentino
is 2 kilometers away.
Moreover, the villa is close to other
beautiful and worth-visiting old town centres such as Ceglie Messapica,
10 kilometers away and Ostuni, 15 kilometers away. The marine protected
area of Torre Guaceto with its beautiful beaches is 15 kilometers away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
