Illuminated by the unique light of the Apulian countryside, the Trullo Fico is a characteristic "lamia," a typical rural house of the area, remodeled and transformed into a small villa with pool for vacation rental in Puglia, in the countryside of San Michele Salentino.
The villetta has a swimming pool with solarium, large outdoor area equipped with barbecue and shower, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, electric kettle, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV and satellite decoder.
Trullo Fico is immersed in large 3-hectare park with olive and fig trees, where there are other autonomous and independent cottages. The vacation home offers up to 8 beds. Pets are allowed.

The beautiful country home is the excellent result of the recovery of an ancient "lamia," a typical dwelling very common in the countryside of the area, to which a new construction has been added in perfect harmony with the context. Many design elements have been derived from objects of everyday rural life.
The Trullo Fico has a relaxing garden view and a newly built swimming pool, where you can spend long days in absolute quiet.
In addition, the dwelling has an outdoor space equipped with an umbrella, brick barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining, and an outdoor sitting area.
The interior rooms of Trullo Fico are about 80 square meters.
The entrance is into the living room with a barrel vaulted ceiling made of bright exposed stone ashlars. This living area is furnished with sofa and TV, dining room and well-equipped open kitchen. Here there is the first shower room.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 quadruple room with 2 double beds located in the oldest core, under suggestive alcoves. The second shower room completes the interior.

Alberobello with its beautiful trulli is just 47 km away. Ostuni, the White City, is about 21 km away. Fasano is 42 km away, Taranto 44 km.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 10 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 100.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The whole estate's garden has not fences between the three units.
