« The location makes this place worth it, no question. It's just up the hill from Windansea Beach, so you can dart down to stroll, scramble over the rocks, set out your towel or watch pelicans. It is small (*really* small on rainy days!) and the kitchen fixings are very basic. The neighborhood has largely kept its charm, but there is lots of new construction (which, alas, could be loud.) Really glad we chose this overall. »

« The outside looks a little run down but once you’re inside, it’s a cute little space for a couple! Small kitchen with the essentials, bedroom and living room. Everything was clean and put together. There was no AC but it was honestly very cool with the filter system in the bedroom and it was cool enough out to crack a window at night. I will say the filter system is VERY loud though. Kinda ambient noise so it didn’t really bother us but. Nothing to be aware of. The real winner of this place is...
