The Space:
Experience the ultimate comfort in this NEW two-story 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home that accommodates four guests with ease. The lower level boasts 2 cozy bedrooms with 2 king-sized beds and a full bathroom. The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a 70" smart TV, leading to an upper deck with an awe-inspiring view of Madonna Mountain. Enjoy a delightful meal on the patio's outdoor dining set and fire up the grill for a BBQ. DOG POLICY: This property is dog friendly. There is an additional pet stay fee of $100 for booking with a dog. (Low shedding dogs under 50 pounds are allowed, dogs over 50 lbs with low shedding will be considered on a case by case basis.) If you are considering bringing your furry family member, please let the host know when you book. Thank you! *Pet must be 12 mo. or older *Pets must not be left unattended at anytime during your visit (even if outside) *Pets must be kept off of the furniture -- please bring suitable bedding *Pets must be free of fleas and up to date on a flea control treatment *Pets are required to have all current vaccinations (Parvo) *We require all pet poop to be thoroughly cleaned up around the property. *If there is damage to furniture, property, or left over pet waste due to your dog, there will be an extra $150 charge added at check out, along with additional charges for any other damages. Guests who book our dog friendly rooms without a dog accompanying them will not be charged the separate dog fee.

Great townhouse
The unit was just as advertised. Very clean, convenient, and nicely appointed. Very much appreciated the extras like keurig coffee pods and creamer. Well-stocked with extra soaps, shampoo, paper towels, detergent, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Manager was very nice and communicated easily. Would highly recommend!

Very nice property in a great location. 15 minute walk to downtown SLO, easy drive to cal poly campus.The home is new or recently renovated and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, modern, luxurious decor. Great deck overlooking the mountains and sunsets. Off street parking, solid AC, new washer/dryer.Will definitely stay here again when we return to SLO

Perfect spot to stay in SLO
Such a darling, well equipped, comfortable place to stay in SLO. We could walk to town easily over the bridge. Would absolutely stay again. We couldn't figure out how to use the heat and they were incredibly responsive and patient. Five stars for sure!

Excellent visit in San Luis Obispo
A family Holiday trip to the Central Coast. Good location - near the rail tracks but not noisy. One train horn a day is all we experienced. Property presents as very new, and has (2) big bedrooms downstairs. Shared bath had plenty of space and was well laid out.
Living area upstairs was comfortable, and a fully equipped kitchen. No issues cooking anything.
Nice neighborhood to walk -- it's in a hilly area, be prepared for that walking. Easy drive to downtown, easy drive to grocery stores, etc.
Front door lock took some getting used to.

nice visit to slo
Rental process very smooth and a couple phone calls were picked up by rental agency by the second ring. Very pleasant and quickly addressed questions. Location is great--walk to 5 different restaurants. Easy access to downtown. Living area is bright and sunny. A few things to mention: the second "bedroom" has a very comfy king bed but no closet and no dresser. There's plenty of room in the master bedroom. There is no dining table; only three high top chairs at kitchen counter. No comfortable chair to sit on the deck. We were happy and lived around these quirks. A short uphill open-space hike right behind the house--we went to the top every day.
