Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy total privacy and independence with exclusive access to the entire guest suite. The suite is designed with its own dedicated private entrance, separate from the main residence, allowing you to come and go as you please without any shared indoor spaces. Entry is seamless and secure via a keyless smart lock. While we are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, you will have plenty of street parking available right in front of the property, making it easy to load and unload your gear before heading out to explore downtown.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the vibrant heart of San Luis Obispo, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy everything that makes this town "The Happiest City in America." For outdoor enthusiasts, the suite is just a short drive from the trailheads of Bishop Peak and Cerro San Luis (Madonna Mountain), offering some of the best panoramic views in California. When it’s time to head into town, you are minutes away from the historic downtown district, famous for its Thursday Night Farmers’ Market, boutique shopping, and an incredible array of local coffee shops, craft breweries, and award-winning restaurants.



Getting Around:

Getting around by car is seamless. Rideshare is available as well.

AMENITIES:

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee, sugar, spices, oil & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT:

Early check-in may be available depending on the schedule and for an additional fee. Late checkout is not available.



PARKING:

There is a plenty of street parking directly in front of the home.



THE DRIVE:

The drive is simple to arrive at the home.



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

There is a private patio for you to enjoy with a propane BBQ grill!



BEDROOMS:

There is 1 bedroom, with a king bed. Total accommodations can sleep 2 guests.



KITCHENETTE:

Convenient kitchenette complete with hot plate and cooking utensils, microwave, sink, small fridge, toaster, air fryer and coffee maker. Coffee, sugar, and essentials provided.



PET-FRIENDLY:

Up to 2 dogs (40 lbs or less) are welcome with a non-refundable $100 pet fee (per pet). We do not allow cats due to allergies.



SECURITY:

A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.



30+ Day Stays:

If your stay is longer than 30 nights, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and purchase a damage waiver insurance policy for $70.



If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.
