« Our time in Marbella was great because of the beautiful and different beach in a short distance of the property, the village is small and doesnt have a gas station (there actualy no gas station in a range of 45 min of the premises) the villa looks great but we were disapointed by all the wildlife inside the villa, i think it's to be expected for such a rural area but for our group it was an issue. »

« We stayed at this house with a private pool and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the house was spacious, nicely laid out, and the pool was great. We also really appreciated the flexibility, as we were able to arrive one day earlier on very short notice. "A great hotel to finish our Costa Rica trip! The breakfast was by far the best we had during our entire stay in Costa Rica — great quality, plenty of choice, and everything was delicious. The pool is beautiful and very relaxing, and the beach is just a short walk away. The restaurant also deserves a mention for its excellent presentation — the dishes looked fantastic. The flavors were good overall, although they could perhaps be improved slightly. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, although we found them a little small compared with the size of the bathroom, which was very spacious. Gym room could be improve but you have 30' class included Overall, a lovely place to stay in Tamarindo, with a special mention for the exceptional breakfast!"

Hotel Boutique Lagarta Lodge

"This hotel was a perfect 10/10. The service was impeccable, probably the best I’ve had in years, staff is nice and welcoming, always willing to help you with any of your needs or questions. Communication with front desk is ideal, when you arrive, they give you their whatsapp number which allows you to book the restaurant, ask them questions or book your shuttle. Talking about the shuffle, we did not see anything about it when booking, but they have a free shuttle from the hotel to different locations (beach, town, etc.) This is perfect for people like us who don’t have cars as it is not the easiest accommodation to access (doable by walk of course, just a little far away from the town.) Very clean! Food-wise, it was impeccable ; from breakfast, lunch, snacks to dinner. Everything we ate was delicious, with lots of flavour and freshness and quite good portions. It is not THE cheapest menu but it is worth it considering the quality of the hotel and food. We felt like in a luxury dream, even though the price per night was a very okay price. The views are of course breathtaking. We were two sisters travelling there and everything felt peaceful and safe, even when walking alone in the roads or in the biological reserve. Oh. yes!! There is a free entrance for the biological reserve, a beautiful walk of around 1:30-2hours (beware of bugs, but with bug spray, you’ll be good.) Anyways, thank you so much Lagarta Lodge for making our trip this fabulous. We will back for sure. Pura Vida"

"Très bon tout inclus. En résumé dans un tout inclus, je ne m’attends jamais à la perfection, mais une prestation de bonne qualité. Ce que l’établissement a offert. Bon choix de restaurant (asiatique notre préféré). La majorité du personnel était parfait (un peu inconstant le week-ends). Faire attention à l’entretien (le tout blanc demande plus d’entretien). Samara est juste parfaite."

"Le bungalow est magnifique, le lit et la literie sont confortables, le personnel courtois. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours. Le Ocho est situé au sud de la plage de Tamarindo, à côté du Jardin Tamarindo où se trouve plusieurs food trucks. Notre sympathique concierge Ilse a été toujours disponible pour nos demandes ou nos questionnement. J'y reviendrai sans hésiter."

"Super endroit. Très près de la plage de Samara et à 3 minutes en voiture de la plage de Carillo. Nous étions à 8 minutes en voitures de la ville de Samara. Plusieurs commodités à proximité. Le personnel est très gentil, à l’écoute et toujours prêt à aider. Il y avait des singes sur le site de l’hôtel ainsi que plusieurs espères d’oiseaux. Les repas étaient excellents "
