« We stayed at this house with a private pool and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the house was spacious, nicely laid out, and the pool was great. We also really appreciated the flexibility, as we were able to arrive one day earlier on very short notice. The neighbors/caretakers next door were incredibly kind and helpful – always quick to assist and even bringing us fresh mangoes, which was such a lovely gesture. « The house is beautiful as is the pool. Pool is cold as it is further away from the water and the nights are cooler. Hearing the howling monkeys early in the morning was amazing. They didn’t wake us. We are just early birds. The construction next door would’ve been nice to know about. Definitely felt a lack of privacy due to that and due to the cameras ALL over the backyard (4 seen). A bit excessive for my liking and felt a bit intrusive to be honest.
