Come stay in Villa Ibiza, your Mediterranean paradise in the Caribbean. This newly remodeled home has all you need for an amazing vacation in beautiful Puerto Rico. Perfectly located in Isla Verde Ave., Villa Ibiza is a short 8 mins ride from the airport and across the street from the beach.

You can enjoy the breeze as you walk to Coffee Shops/Bistro, Restaurants, Grocery Stores and much more. The house provides a big private pool for your group to enjoy and cool down from your Tours, Activities or the Sunny day on the beach. Fully equipped to grill your favorite food on your own BBQ or cook your desire in the fully stocked kitchen.

Five senior couples rented this condo with a private pool. It was perfect for us. We each had our own BR and bath, with 3 of the BRs having ensuite baths. The pool area was so comfortable we did not want to leave. We cooked out on the gas grill. The location was across the street from Carolina beach and a convenient store was two doors down. Piccalos's Italian restaurant was next door, and we loved it so much we ate there THREE times. Also, Mayra was extremely helpful and was available when we needed to reach out to her. She also let us in early the day we got off our cruise, by charging us a half-day rate, so we came at 9:00 am. Everything we needed was in the unit. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Our group said we would definitely like to return to Puerto Rico and stay here again. Also, we went about five doors up the street and ate at Cafe Bistro for breakfast which was amazing. I have to say everyone we met in PR was friendly and nice!

Seven of us had a fantastic stay at Villa Ibiza in Isla Verde. The house is clean and comfortable, and the pool is a wonderful place to relax on a hot day. The house is walking distance to some fabulous restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Ubers to Old San Juan are inexpensive and plentiful. Thank you John and Mayra for a wonderful stay!

It was a girl's weekend to remember. This house was perfect for everything we needed. It felt private and safe. Mayra gave us a tour when we arrived and was always available when we had questions. We used the pool a lot. One of was not a girl so he got to stay in the pool house which gave him his privacy. Hanging by the pool felt so private and cozy. Ubers were cheap everywhere we went. All of the beds were comfortable. Plenty of amenities including beach chairs, coolers, and a grill. The bath towels were awesome and so were the beach towels. There are plenty of restaurants and markets close by. The liquor store right next door also has some grocery store items.. We absolutely love this place and would definitely return.

Our group of 12 stayed at Villa Ibiza from August 21–25 and absolutely loved it. The house was even better than the photos—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. With five bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone in our group had plenty of space and privacy, but we also had great common areas to hang out together.The private pool was a huge highlight—we spent hours relaxing there in between activities. And the location couldn’t be better: close to the airport and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was so convenient to have everything right there, especially since we didn’t want to spend a lot of time driving around.Check-in was simple, and the host met us at the property and was super responsive and made everything easy for us. From start to finish, the whole experience felt effortless and stress-free.We had such a memorable trip here and would definitely recommend Villa Ibiza to anyone visiting Isla Verde. Already looking forward to staying again!

The failure to inform us at check Saturday that there was a water disruption severely compromised the stay. The property manager failed to inform us that San Juan was experiencing a water disruption from a pipe rupture. We found out the next day, when there was no running water early Sunday morning. The property owner said he would call a plumber or refill the cistern. The cistern was not filled until later that evening and we rationed our water usage for the rest of the week. The cistern was refilled again on Wednesday. No using the washing machine or dishwasher. We made continuous trips to stores for water, paper plates, cups etc. The ice maker was also not working, so we purchased ice., Additionally, the house was divided into three separate living spaces which required locking and unlocking three different doors upon any trips away from the unit. My family and I were not pleased. The location is excellent.

The house was fantastic, and it comfortably accommodated our entire group of 11. It was also in a great location, with restaurants, convenience stores, and beaches nearby. The only thing I would suggest is that you use the restaurant next door to find the house more easily.

Perfect for our family vacation.

The house could not have been more perfect for fitting all of our family. It is very spacious and had a lot of nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool. The location allowed us to get everywhere we needed to go with a close Uber drive. We were also able to get coffee nearby, but it was very expensive and took a really long time to get the coffee. We really enjoyed San Juan and this house allowed us to do so.

Beautiful Villa - Excellent Hosts!

Our group of 11 stayed at Villa Ibiza for five days and absolutely loved it! The house is gorgeous—stylish, super comfortable, and tucked away like a secret retreat in the city. The pool area is a total dream, perfect for relaxing or hanging out together.The host and concierge team were amazing—so helpful and thoughtful. They helped us plan adventures, made great local recommendations, and even arranged a private chef! The location is also top-notch, with two must-try restaurants (Piccolo’s and Euphoria) just steps away, plus a super cute coffee shop and an Instagram-worthy café nearby.If you're heading to Puerto Rico, this villa is a total gem. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Getaway – Spacious, Clean, and Close to Everything!

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of eight, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. It was spotless on arrival and well-stocked with beach and shower towels, plus beach chairs which came in handy for our daily trips to the nearby beach.The location couldn’t have been better — just 10 minutes from the airport and about 20 minutes from Old San Juan. We loved being so close to the beach, but having the private pool at the house was a huge bonus too. We took several dips and really appreciated having both options for relaxing in the sun.Everyone in our group kept raving about how great the house and location were. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-equipped stay near the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base!

Mediterranean Style House-Villa in Isla Verde

The property was very nice, and in great condition. Everything worked, specially the whole house generator since we had power outages a few times. It ran all a/c units with no problems. The host manager was very responsive when we tried to contact her. Highly recommended!

Pool & pool deck clean & perfect for family fun. Kitchen space accommodated our group of nine well. With whole island blackout, generator came on immediately and kept the house comfortable.Sound traveled from both inside and out, Particularly motorcycles at night and people talking in the kitchen, while others sleeping in adjacent bedrooms.Property Manager was very responsive to texts.

Great Spot

Perfect spot for our group of three families with 11 people (six adults, five teens). Close to the beach, parking was a plus, many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Many amenities provided including beach chairs and umbrellas, an iron, well-equipped kitchen, etc. Communication with Mayra and John was excellent.

Perfect for groups

We were there for our son’s wedding. We were 4 couples and 2 single adult kids. It was the perfect stay for that. Everyone had their own bathrooms and bedrooms. The outdoor pool space was wonderful. We would end the night sitting around the pool. The kitchen seating was great. Had ample seating for our morning coffee gathering. The house was light and bright and very well appointed. The restaurants on the street were great. Very close to the airport. Overall I highly recommend for a big group. The owners were super accommodating and helpful. Great communication.

Amazing home!

We could not have been happier with our stay! The house is very accommodating and clean, had everything we needed with lots of space for everyone! The pool and outdoor space is very nice and clean!The walk to the beach is short, along with many restaurants and bars within walking distance.We would definitely stay at this home again!

Very nice place!

The Villa has a strange setup with the living and kitchen in different buildings but it was very clean and nice. We were thankful for the generator as the power was out for about 24 hours and it kept up very well. The owners were very attentive to some minor issues we had. Grocery and restaurants were in walking distance which was very convenient since we had no car. The fix a trip concierge was very helpful in arranging transportation and excursions. We had a wonderful time!

70th birthday and Vow Reaffirming

Let me just say this, "Exceptional!"We had 11 family members share in the celebration of my wife 70th birthday and our 25th marriage vow renewal. The property had more than enough spave for everyone to enjoy themselves with privacy when rest was required. The property owner and the property manager was very responsive and helpful when we arrived on the island.The kitchen area offered the necessary spave for the private chef to prepare and serve13 guest. The food and service was Exceptional. Bottom line, my wife has wonderful memories of time well spent at the property and on the island.Thank you to everone who helped make this special occasion, SPECIAL

Oasis in a Fabulous Location

This little house, set away from the road, is a little oasis of its own with many restaurants, shops and the beach just steps away. We loved eating at Tomate Mexican, Buenos Ayres Market & Grill, and even having a nightcap at the AM/PM! We also preferred the protected cove beach if you cross the street and take the first beach entrance to the west. Family friendly and calm waters protected by boulders. The house had everything we could need and the beds were cripsy clean and comfortable.

Great layout and location

This was the perfect house for our couples vacation. We had a group of 10 and we each had our own room and bathroom…3 were en-suite, 2 were separate. The beach and many great restaurants were within walking distance. The home feels very safe. It also had everything we needed.
