End of the day we had a great 8 day vacation in Puerto Rico! The property was clean and well appointed but a perpetual disappointment. We showed up and the promised pack and play crib wasn't there and one of the air conditioning units didn't work. We called and texted one of the owners and a wrong number. The wrong number called us back, owner didn't. Finally got ahold of the owner via the website and they offered to bring out the crib the next day. We went out to Walmart at 11 Pm and had to buy our 4 month old a pack n play/ 160. The AC was unit was replaced promptly and professionally but we never identified which unit. To us it meant they knew the unit was down before we checked in. Quiet hours are posted as 10 -8 (except for maintenance dept which start at 7) We had a neighbor hosting an outdoor Karaoke party which extended beyond 10 PM. I texted the property manager who said she would take care of it. Five minutes later she texted back that I needed to contact security. I ended up asking the neighbors to quiet down myself. Property has no grill. Property owners left us exactly 2 extra trash liners for a party of 8 adults staying 8 days. Get used to speed bumps, 15 speed bumps between the unit and the second security gate. Every trip to the store means 30 speed bumps. The security gate requires you to call the guard shack to enter the property grounds. Sometimes they are there, sometimes the phone rings 30 times. Nice enough property - expected more.
