Ocean Park is a residential, oceanfront, pedestrian-oriented community in San Juan. Ocean Park is one of forty San Juan, Puerto Rico neighborhoods. In the north are the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, close to hotels and other attractions such as nightclubs, casinos, shops, and restaurants. Ocean Park is one of the island's primary neighborhoods near the beach.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the building’s parking garage and common areas.

Our cozy one-bedroom in Isla Verde is designed to offer a fantastic stay, making it an ideal choice for your next Puerto Rico beach vacation. Located in the heart of Isla Verde, our property places you just steps away from the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The stylish décor and modern furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

We take pride in offering only the finest vacation rentals in Puerto Rico. We carefully select each property based on strict criteria, including prime locations, top-notch amenities, affordability, and chic design.

For your convenience, onsite coin laundry is available. Additionally, we're happy to assist with any questions about exploring Puerto Rico, dining, or nightlife

You can park in from our property.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.

We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.

Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Starter Package. This package includes all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We’ve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.

Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
-You acknowledge that there is a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $25 to cover any potential incidentals during your stay.
-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Sensibo air units have been installed on the premises. Please refrain from disconnecting these devices, as they are specifically designed for remote control of the air conditioning and humidity management. The small white/black devices are strategically placed near the kitchen, bedrooms, and close to the mini-split A/C unit for optimal functionality.

This property was perfect and affordable for my friend and I to come visit San Juan for a couple days. We ubered everywhere, so this was an easy location for the drivers to find. The bed was comfortable and the space was all we needed! Only downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, we enjoyed this property and come back soon
