Getting Around:

Your home is located in Fajardo, on the eastern coast of Puerto Rico. The closest major airport is Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan, which is about 45-60 minutes' drive away. Here are your best options for getting from SJU to your private oasis:



✨ Rental Car: For exploring Fajardo and the surrounding areas (like El Yunque, other beaches, and the Bio Bay at your own pace), a rental car is highly recommended. Public transportation outside of the San Juan metro area is limited.

✨ Taxi or Ride-Sharing (Uber/Lyft): Convenient for a direct trip from the airport if you prefer not to drive or only plan short excursions.

✨ Private Shuttle Service: A comfortable and pre-arranged option, especially if you have a group or a lot of luggage.

🏡 House Rules & Noise Policy



Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules are very important:



✨ Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited.

✨ Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

✨ Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours.



Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures sound levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



🪪 Online Check-in, Verification & Rental Agreement



To comply with all legal requirements and building security rules, guests must complete an online check-in process prior to arrival. During this process, you may be asked to:



✨ Providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID

✨ Confirming your contact information

✨ Providing a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID

✨ Completing our verification portal

✨ In some instances, completing a criminal background check



As part of this online check-in, all guests are also required to sign a Rental Usage Agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:



✨ You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

✨ You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

✨ You acknowledge that a background check may be required, depending on building or management policies.

✨ You acknowledge that there is a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $25 to cover potential incidentals during your stay.

✨ You understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process is successfully completed.
