The space
Enjoy your piece of paradise and listen to the waves crash below from your balcony. No expense was spared in this all new Luxury upscale loft over looking the Ocean. Located on the 17th floor, this corner unit lets you enjoy the natural sunlight and spectacular views of the ocean, the city, the town square, and El Yunque Rain Forest from every angle. Condo Nappa Luquillo provides you with a 75 inch TV in the living area, a motorized TV that drops down from the ceiling in the bed area, a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave that broils, bakes, and also is an air fryer, a separate water filter and faucet, a full bath, and a washer and dryer. We have installed both black out shades and sun shades. For your convenience, there is a motorized shade for the balcony which can be opened from anywhere in the condo using the remote. It is amazing to lay in bed with a cup of coffee and see the ocean. We supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand and dish soap, beach towels, and beach chairs. For sleeping arrangement, we have a California king bed with a Casper mattress, a twin aero bed, and an L shaped couch. For all your charging needs, there are multiple outlets with USB and Type c slots built in along with a moveable standing desk. You will have a designed parking spot and can reach the condo in the brand new elevator.
Guest access
You have access to the entire condo and balcony. To reach the condo, take the new elevator to the 17th fl. The pool is temporarily closed for maintenance.
