ARRIVING IN PUERTO RICO
For guests flying into Puerto Rico, Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is approximately 15–20 minutes away, depending on traffic.
The home is also conveniently positioned for guests who want to explore both the San Juan metro area and destinations beyond the city.
A rental car is recommended for guests planning to explore multiple areas of Puerto Rico, although many restaurants, shopping areas, attractions, and transportation options are also available throughout the metropolitan area.

HOUSE GUIDELINES
To help ensure that Casa Magia remains a comfortable and welcoming place for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask guests to respect the following:
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
• The primary guest must be 21 years or older.
• All guests must be properly registered and verified through the reservation.
• No parties or events are permitted.
• Please respect neighborhood quiet hours and our surrounding community.
• Additional guests are subject to an additional $25 per person, per night fee and must be approved in advance.
• Service dogs are welcome in accordance with applicable requirements; however, pets are not permitted on beds or sofas.
• Please treat the home and its contents with care.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Puerto Rico is a tropical destination, and guests may occasionally encounter insects or other small creatures, particularly in outdoor areas. This is a normal part of the tropical environment, and we take reasonable measures to maintain a clean and comfortable home for our guests.
The property has a 600-gallon water cistern to provide additional water storage. Please be mindful of water consumption during your stay.
There is currently no backup generator at the property.

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Before departure, guests are kindly asked to:
• Turn off the air conditioning
• Make sure doors and windows are secured
• Place trash in the designated garage bin
• Follow the checkout instructions provided by the host
• Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition
