The family room also has a TV and leads you to the terrace, where you’ll find a welcoming space with a pool, BBQ, and a domino table for a friendly match. You’ll also enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and a dining area. The house is ideally located near bakeries, restaurants, and pharmacies—literally just across the street. From here, you can easily reach the train station, only 10 minutes from the house. It’s perfect if you’re attending a concert, as you can get there without much hassle. This is the perfect retreat for families or friends, offering a calm and sunny environment all year round. The pool area is enclosed and very private. The pool is exclusively for guests, and the terrace is furnished with patio chairs. For safety, there is no lifeguard on duty, so running or diving is prohibited, and children must be supervised at all times. The community is open, but the house features a closed and secure garage with direct access to the residence. The master bedroom includes a TV, A/C, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (full/twin). Another bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The house offers free Wi-Fi and parking for up to 2 cars. For nature lovers, we’re in the perfect spot, with nearby excursions and diverse places to explore.
