Bienvenue Ć  la Villa Soledad. SituĆ© dans une propriĆ©tĆ© de 2200 mĆØtres carrĆ©s, dans la belle communautĆ© appelĆ©e Lagos del Coyol. TrĆØs proche des communautĆ©s de La Garita et Atenas.

La maison est sur un Ʃtage, dispose de 3 chambres Ơ coucher, 3 salles de bains. CapacitƩ d'accueil 8 personnes.

Les jardins sont magnifiques, le ranch est lā€™espace idĆ©al pour se dĆ©tendre, passer un aprĆØs-midi de dĆ©tente et se divertir en famille ou entre amis.

Il a un beau ranch, une piscine et un mini terrain de football synthƩtique. Regardez la galerie de photos et apprƩciez pourquoi nous sommes tombƩs amoureux de la Villa Soledad.

La cuisine est ƩquipƩe pour qu'ils puissent prƩparer leurs plats prƩfƩrƩs. Il dispose d'un rƩfrigƩrateur en acier inoxydable. Il a Ʃgalement un bar et nous avons une table pour 6 personnes.

La maison dispose d'un accĆØs Internet haut dĆ©bit, ce qui permet aux clients de rester en contact avec leur famille ou d'effectuer certaines tĆ¢ches tout en profitant de leurs vacances. Il dispose Ć©galement de la tĆ©lĆ©vision par satellite, avec de nombreuses chaĆ®nes de divertissement, sur les deux Ć©crans disponibles.

Les chambres sont confortables et ont une avec un lit queen et les autres avec des lits doubles. Nous avons Ć©galement un canapĆ©-lit disponible qui peut ĆŖtre utilisĆ© si nĆ©cessaire.

Que diriez-vous de faire un barbecue sur le gril Ć  gaz dans la rĆ©gion du ranch? Nous avons Ć  votre disposition un barbecue Ć  gaz, oĆ¹ vous pourrez prĆ©parer vos plats grillĆ©s prĆ©fĆ©rĆ©s.

Vous devrez profiter de la piscine, oĆ¹ vous pourrez passer de grands moments et prendre un bain de soleil. Dans cette rĆ©gion de la Garita, le soleil est magnifique.

La rĆ©gion de La Garita jouit d'un emplacement privilĆ©giĆ©. Elle se trouve Ć  proximitĆ© de toutes les merveilles du Costa Rica, telles que les forĆŖts tropicales, les cascades, les volcans, l'ocĆ©an Pacifique, les fermes Ć  papillons, les plantations de cafĆ©, etc. C'est une zone sĆ»re avec de nombreux restaurants qui offrent des prix Tico. Il est Ć©galement trĆØs proche de la rĆ©gion d'Atenas, qui a Ć©tĆ© nommĆ©e par le National Geographic pour avoir le meilleur climat au monde.

This was our 3rd visit to the home so we knew exactly what to expect. The owner did mention so upgrades so we were excited to see. While we have always loved this property, this stay was not as amazing as prior years. The washer was broken upon arrival and we were told it would be repaired on 2 different days and it never happened leaving us to wash out clothes in the sink for our week long stay. The listing states an oven and we leaned on Xmas even the oven does not work and to use the small toaster oven (not feasible for a family breakfast) so we attempted to use the grill. We then found it was only half functional and we had to go to town and buy a lighter to even light it. Half of the flames worked. The ā€œupgradedā€ pillows on the couch had multiple holes in them leaving stuffing all over the place. There was a missing tv remote. The ā€œupdatedā€ steps had pieces breaking off exposing screws and creating fall hazards. Generally I would speak with the owner and not list the review but sadly, the owner didnā€™t even apologize for the issues or try to remedy themā€¦. Extremely disappointing that we loved this property, have stayed multiple times and recommended the place to family, and the owner was so indifferent that multiple items were wrong during our stay. We hope that things are repaired so future renters enjoy their stay more than we did during the week of Christmas.

We loved the location of the home and felt safe in the neighborhood. Our kids loved the property and were never bored, due to the amazing pool, pool table, and soccer field. It was a fabulous place and we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Check in was great as the host had someone meet us to show us around. From there we felt our privacy (gated property) and relaxation in the beautiful landscaping by pool or patios in the mornings and after a busy day of touring. It was a great location with traditional restaurants within a few miles and a small market on the corner for easy groceries/ snacks. We even one night walked to the corner bar and had a drink:). The kitchen could use some care in organization and supplies but after all, we werenā€™t really there to cook- but we did make breakfasts each morning in the kitchen and there was a nice, new and clean fridge! Beds were comfortable as well.

Views and yard were spectactular but there was trouble in paradise. The neighbors dogs barked often and sometimes through the night, their rooster started crowing at 3:00, the showers looked great but water came out of everywhere but the head, thelarge sliding glass door had a gap underneath and tons of bugs came in at night, appliances were old didn't work well.

There were two issues that were not great about the property or stay there. One is that it had many termites and when you had lights on inside the property they were all over the place. Plus many ants inside the house at night. There was a shower problem and the maintenance person came in and fixed it somewhat...the water came out a little better but not great. Outside of those two issues it was a beautiful place and would consider staying there again if these issues were corrected.

We rented this property while we wanted to visit Alajuela, San Jose and Poas/La Paz. It was a short drive to all these locations (less than 1h) so this house was perfect. It was a bit big for us as we were only 2 but the location was great. It is in a small, quiet neighborhood and thereā€™s a market with everything you may need just down the road. Itā€™s also close to ā€˜La Fiesta del Maizā€™ which has great local food options for a really cheap price. If we were to go back in this area, we would probably rent this property again.

This was our second stay at this property. It fits our family needs perfectly and is such a beautiful location. It would be great to see the kitchen faucet updated and a full set of pots and pans but otherwise we love the area and great communication with the owner and property manager. We look forward to returning next year!

The manager of this property or owner was awesome he did everything to make us feel home and what not. But the property isn't what the pictures project. We ran into more than a few issues that he was willing to deal with but my group was not. I would say if you're just looking to lay your head and go go go then you're fine but if you're looking to lounge at the property and get in the pool and enjoy the garden that didn't happen. Again this is nothing about the owner as he was awesome but this place is a 3 star at best if I am being honest like I wish someone would have been as we read the comments before.

We really enjoyed our stay. Having been to Costa Rica many times, we wanted to be located closer to San Jose instead of the Pacific Coast. We knew it was the rainy season but it only rained late in the day. In fact we had sun every morning until mid afternoon . It would be a great home for a family or group. Plenty of room and close to great restaurants and ease of shopping. Victor is a most gracious host and kept us informed of any projects or maintenance that was scheduled. We give the home 5 stars and will return on another trip to CR. Pure Vida!

My family of 5 (including small kids) had an amazing time. The property manager and grounds keeper were always a text away. Jason!! You are the best! Always showed up when I needed help with a question. We used the pool and soccer field on a daily bases. We used Luz on several occasions to cook for our family (delicious food, spread and they cleaned up all the dishes after) I guess the only thing I can complain about were the neighbors dogs. They barked all the time. But nonetheless the grounds are amazing! Thank you for such a great experience Victor!

The property is beautiful, once you find it the first time itā€™s easy to get back to. Everyone from the property owner to the gardener was extremely nice and helpful. The only downside is the bathrooms, bring shower shoes and keep in mind itā€™s the rain forest. But other that that the pictures donā€™t lie itā€™s breathtaking.

This is such a wonderful place to take the family, friends and have a chill time with lots of opportunities to have a little party around the pool area or the ā€œranchitoā€ with the pool table and bbq set up. The unique and pleasant noise comes from the rare wild life all around us. Secluded from the city chaos but close enough to go visit. The wife and kids loved it. The property is beautiful! Absolutely love love the outside, landscaping, pool, & patio area. Victor was amazing he helped us with a decorator & a caterer for my birthday. The only downside to the stay was the water in the showers not getting hot & the cleanliness & out dating of the bathrooms (spider webs in the corners & the showers could use a good scrub).
