The main living area opens directly toward the shoreline, where oversized glass doors frame the beach, the Sea of Cortez, and the coastline beyond. The kitchen includes bar seating and a practical layout for easy meals at home.

The condo accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Both suites enjoy ocean views and are positioned one above the other, facing the same direction toward the water, making the layout especially well suited for 2 couples or a small family traveling together.
