The Space:
This experience is Blue Sea 5, a luxury retreat spread across 6,082 sq ft of comfortable and elegant living space. The villa is situated inside the exclusive Blue Sea gated community along the tourist corridor of Los Cabos and offers mesmerizing sunsets and ocean views. This resort-style retreat villa features a private pool and hot tub and an expansive outdoor patio area for enjoying time poolside with spectacular ocean and sunset views in the lap of luxury.

You can walk from the villa to the beach and make the most of this privileged location.

Panoramic oceanview, fully equipped kitchen is any chef’s delight! You’ll find large granite counter tops, sophisticated cabinetry, high-end appliances and all you’d need to prepare a meal or snack and turn cooking into an experience. Of course, enjoy your creations at the wonderful dining table, fit for a king and queen! You can accommodate 12 for a beautiful sit-down dinner

Or, if you love outdoor dining and barbecuing, perhaps barbecue something under the poolside palapa and enjoy your meal al fresco with a sea view and lush surroundings! The oceanview swimming pool and hot tub are a delightful way to enjoy time together at home. You’ll have cushioned loungers and umbrellas for the sun worshipper or shade lover.

When it’s time to retire you’ll find four stylish bedrooms, two with king-sized beds and two bedrooms with 2 double beds in each. And you'll find 4 full bathrooms and a half bath in the villa mighty convenient. And all the bedrooms feature TVs and direct access to the outdoors. The master bedroom also has a jetted tub for a haven of tranquility when needed!

The Neighborhood:
Inside the exclusive Blue Sea gated community along the tourist corridor with mesmerizing sunsets and ocean views. You’ll be midway between downtown Cabo (El Arco, the marina, and all the popular tourist attractions) to the south, and San Jose del Cabo to the north; a 15- minute drive in either direction! Also, when you book with us, we’ll provide you with a wonderful online guidebook with recommendations to help you navigate the area!

Getting Around:
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 21 miles | 34 km away. Driving times to the Cabo San Lucas area vary based on traffic and time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience.

- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation or upon arrival.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There is no daily housekeeping, but a cleaning service can be arranged via the concierge for a fee.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- If you hire any external providers, you will be responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our concierge will meet you at the property to check you in, provide you with keys, show you around, and answer any questions you may have. We kindly ask that you let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance.
