Both bedrooms feature king-size beds and individual mini-split AC units, so everyone can set their ideal room temperature.

This is a newly developed community where construction is actively ongoing. Several areas are still being developed, including buildings in early construction stages and another building that is still in its unfinished structural phase. As a result, construction noise may be noticeable during regular working hours on weekdays, and guests may see ongoing construction activity within the community during their stay.



The current nightly rate reflects a preferential price that takes these construction conditions into consideration. We want guests to be aware of the ongoing development before booking so they can make an informed decision and enjoy their stay with realistic expectations. We appreciate your understanding as the community continues to develop and grow.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire condo and all community amenities available within Tortuga Bay, including 3 pools, jacuzzis, and direct beach access.

Guests can enjoy peaceful walks along the shoreline, breathtaking views, seasonal whale watching, and countless photo opportunities.

Please note: The Beach is not swimmable due to strong waves, rip currents, and dangerous undertows. Guests should remain a safe distance from the water's edge at all times.

Tortuga Bay is in San José del Cabo's Hotel Zone, a beachfront area known for resorts, restaurants, and an easy, walkable pace. You are near the Viceroy and Hyatt, and restaurants are about a 5-minute walk.



* San José del Cabo's charming downtown and historic Art District are approximately 4 km (2.5 miles) away. Explore art galleries, local boutiques, charming streets, and the popular Art Walk, held on Thursday evenings during the season. It's a great way to experience the local culture, food, and relaxed atmosphere that make San José del Cabo so special.

* Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to several renowned golf courses, including Club Campestre San José and Puerto Los Cabos Golf Course.

For excursions further into Cabo San Lucas or the East Cape, a rental car or private driver is recommended.

Our concierge team can coordinate a private airport transfer ahead of your arrival, activities, or any other service.



Other Things to Note:

This condo is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in existing bedding.

Small children should be supervised by adults at all times. Adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include, but are not limited to: Pools & jacuzzi with no gates.



House Rules:

* Please keep music at a reasonable volume and respect quiet hours. From 10 pm to 8 am

* The maximum capacity of this property is 4 people.

* No smoking; a $300 USD fine will apply.

* All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in proper containers

* A refundable deposit might be requested for monthly rentals. Please inquire.

* This property is located within a community; guests will be required to provide identification and acknowledge community guidelines before arrival.

To maintain security and quality standards, outside vendors are not permitted within the property. Our concierge team can arrange trusted local providers for any services you may need.
