« Super Nice staff, super location and resort… we had an excellent stay at Cassia Hill! »

« Situé au centre de tout (marché, resto, arrêt de bus, etc.) ! Lit confortable, chambre propre ! Rien à redire ! »

« Employees were very kind and polite, beautifull resort with a natural and calming vibe. We loved the hummingbird room! Thank you!! »

« L’hôtel est très agréable, les chambres sont grandes et propres. Il est à taille humaine. Parking sécurisé et cocktails d’accueil très appréciables. Il n’est pas si facile de trouver l’hôtel, au premier étage sans ascenseur. Mais sinon tout était parfait! »

« Amazing property. It was so beautiful with the courtyard with flowers and the private pool/bath and geat views. They upgraded us with no extra charge. Wish we could have stayed here longer. The price was great for a three story home away from home. »

« The staff at Villa Massis made us feel like family from the second we walked in! The food and drinks were wonderful. The room was perfect. The property is absolutely beautiful! Joelle (spelling?) was extremely warm and helpful. He booked us a private tour to Xunantunich Mayan Ruins. Mark was our guide and the tour was incredible! « The resort has the potential to be a 5 star resort. It is lacking the polish. Overall it is a beautiful resort, loved the organic garden, and the pool is very nice. Maintainance equipment was left out through out the despite work being done for the day. The main chef was amazing but his back up needs a lot more training and experience. Noticable difference in preparation of meals. Water pressure consistently low and hard to get hot water. »

« Personnel accueillant, excellent repas avec un service impeccable et courtois dans une ambiance extrêmement paisible au milieu d’un superbe jardin. »

« Organize better for guests check in. Include a phone number for optional assistance »
