It is a quiet and secluded location, ideal for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The complex is equidistant from the beaches of Scario and its stunning coastline with crystal-clear waters, and from the beaches of Marina di Camerota (about 15 minutes by car).
The property offers a unique experience of immersion in nature, silence, and peace, with a panorama entirely dominated by meadows, centuries-old olive trees, cypress trees, and forests of holm oaks, chestnut trees, walnut trees, and hazelnut trees.
Ideal for those who love the sea (with the equipped beaches of Marina di Camerota or Scario or alternatively the "spartan and charming" beaches of the coast reachable, in the summer, by boats that depart from the port of Scario) and nature, with numerous paths and trekking trails on the cliffs sloping down to the sea, on Mount Bulgheria, in the fascinating Mediterranean scrub of Cilento and in the holm oak forests.

The unit features a double bedroom, a second bedroom with three single beds, one of which is a bunk bed, a large room combined as a kitchen and living room with a dining table and sofa bed, and a bathroom. The outdoor spaces, in addition to the parking area with an electric vehicle charging station, include a large, furnished covered porch, an outdoor shower, a utility room with a washing machine, and a garden with tall trees.

NB: The two units, "La Mora" and "Il Fico" can be connected by opening a door and become a single unit with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two kitchens.
