Villa Soffio is a characteristic and welcoming two-story ancient tuscan country house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Soffio you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the greenery and of San Gimignano. Villa Soffio is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from the historical center of San Gimignano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 650 meters (710 yards), a grocery store at 2.6 km (roughly 1.6 miles) and the bus stop at 1 km (roughly 0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Soffio from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Soffio you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Soffio is along a 100-meter (330-foot) unpaved road.

As guests of Villa Soffio you will be able to require for a fee in villa chef service, grocery delivery, massages, beauty treatments.


You will also be able to take part, at additional costs and upon request, in wine tastings and tours or organize small weddings and private events.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the greenery and of San Gimignano. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an incredible view of the greenery and of the hills.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a leather sofa and four armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a glass wall. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen or from the first living room climbing two steps. The floor is paved with original terracotta tiles. The ceiling is made of wood and has white exposed beams. The furnishings are elegant. The dining table can accommodate 18 guests. The room has two windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Game Room
You will be able to enter the game room from the first living room climbing two steps. The game room is paved with original terracotta tiles. The ceiling is made of wood and has white exposed beams. Here you will be able to have fun with a card table. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room going down two steps. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a kettle. The kitchen has two windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area, going down three steps. The floor is paved with original terracotta tiles. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room also has a small window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area, going down three steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The room has two windows. The family room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the family room.
