« The house and location is great. I felt comfortable and secure and liked the beach access. On the negative side, there’s cameras everywhere and I find it inappropriate that the pool has a couple of them. The guards at the beach club are a bit rude and condescending. I don’t appreciate that when I’m being kind to them, talking their language, and paying for their good service. Although the area is safe, I would appreciate it if we could lock the doors when we left to go out. »

« The location could not be better, exactly what we were looking for, close to Sonzacate park, pupuserias, we seriously recommend Pupuseria Maiz & Arroz, one of the best in the area and just outside the security gate. House was specious and clean. Now the not so good experience, attendant (Raul) did not know we were arriving the check in day, to his defense he answered his phone promptly all the time and was extremely friendly and helpful same as his sister. « This house needs major updates and some care. Bedding was dingy and awful looking. We hated the house so much, we left the same night we got in and got into a local hotel. I could not see my self even sitting on the beds let alone laying my head down on it. We ended up booking sometimes and never went back. I lost the money but I was o vacation and was not going to cut my self short by staying at this awful house. The dishes in what’s supposed to be the kitchen are simply a disgrace as it is...

"1800 Ataco est un endroit magnifique, idéal pour se détendre, respirer et réellement se ressourcer. L’environnement est paisible et invite au calme, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Quelques améliorations pourraient toutefois rendre l’expérience encore meilleure : • Le personnel pourrait bénéficier d’une meilleure connaissance des activités offertes dans la région. Leur manque d’information nous a surpris et a rendu la planification un peu plus difficile. • L’air climatisé de notre chambre était vieux et très bruyant; un remplacement serait souhaitable pour assurer un meilleur confort. • La toilette ne se vidait pas correctement. Nous avons informé le personnel lors de notre départ, mais nous avons eu l’impression que la situation n’a pas été prise au sérieux."
