SPACIOUS BEDROOMS
The north-facing bedroom is furnished with a brand new, high-profile storage bed and comfortable queen-sized mattress, crisp linens, and helpful wrought iron towel rack. The east-facing bedroom boasts a brand new low-profile storage bed. The closets with louvered-shutter doors provide plenty of storage. LED lights, dimmers, and magnificent 8' sliding doors that goes out to a paved, extra-large patio provide excellent lightning. Full disclosure: you may be visited by our pretty chickens).

LUXURIOUS RELAXING BATHROOM WITH BIDET
Spacious, modern shower-only bathroom with a wonderful bidet, a beautiful copper vessel sink and waterfall faucet along with oil-rubbed bronze fixtures. There is a lovely foldable teak shower bench for physical assistance for our/your parents (or shaving your legs!).

CHEF'S GOURMET KITCHEN
There is oodles of natural sunlight in our new home and you can gaze out of any of the oversized windows to admire the fruit trees and enjoy the company of our beautiful, free-range chickens. The enviable chef's dream kitchen boasts brand new appliances and phenomenal fixtures: 6-burner gas stove, Wifi-enabled 4-door refrigerator, dishwasher with timer, microwave, and a super efficient toaster oven. The exquisite farmhouse copper kitchen sink, bronze faucet with pull-out handle, garbage disposal are surrounded by the cool intergalactic black and white granite countertops with a azure backsplash for pop.

Finally, the expansive sliding patio doors lead you out to the large beautifully paved patio, perfect for BBQs and small gatherings. Enjoy meals at the large kitchen island or the dining table, looking out to the peach/nectarine/pomegranate/lemon trees. As foodies and organic gardeners, we have virtually every kitchen gadget you could need so don’t buy one for your stay. Just ask—chances are, we have it.

-Whole Foods/Safeway: 2 miles

-Home Depot (San Carlos): 3 miles
-Stulsaft Park, HUGE off-leash pup park: just 1 mile away!
-Fort Funston, an off-leash pup beach with great hikes: 25 miles north (just south of SF)
-SF is just a Caltrain-ride away (Sequoia Station)

SOME RULES (Sorry, NO exceptions. An additional cleaning fee may be charged but this is generally for our MD/RN folks who stay longer term)
1) NO wearing shoes inside the house. NONE. So please bring your house slippers or we can provide them.
2) NO wearing your white coat or scrubs that you wore in the hospital/clinic which harbor all kinds of MDR-organisms like MRSA, C dif., enterococcus, etc. (This may seem weird but we host MDs and we cross post on CL)
3) Absolutely NO SMOKING or BURNING of any kind (tobacco, vaping, marijuana even MMJ, illicit substances, or candles) anywhere inside the house or on the premises. Fire extinguisher on site.


YOUR FUR BABY IS WELCOME HERE (for pups only, <20lb. Sorry, no cats (allergies))
-PET RENT (see fee)
-Pls let us know your fur baby’s age, weight, and how s/he is potty trained
-Weight limit to 20lb (exceptions may be made--reach out and tell us. We love our babies and take them with us everywhere, or we just don't go).
-Cannot be left alone (or in a crate) for more than 2 hours w/o prior arrangements (just ask—we may be able to help).
—there is a magnetic mesh screen at the front door that provides pest-free, easy in-and-out privileges that they love. Exceptions to any of these criteria on an individual basis.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Great walking score, hospital-centric (for our fellow medicine folks), friendly, clean, safe neighborhood. Off-leash dog park at Stulsaft is just one mile away. Lots of dining, shopping, and sightseeing within walking distance! If you want to hop in your car, you'll be just two miles from the 101 and 280 highways to get to the coast/beach at Half Moon Bay, south to Palo Alto, Mountain View, San Jose, Monterey Bay. Or go north to San Francisco, Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, or wine country in Napa Valley.
